Comfortable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this rental. The place was clean and well equipped. The place has plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. I appreciate the location within easy walking distance to the downtown area. We were there for an event at the Lucas Theater which was just an easy 2 block walk.

The unit was just as expected. Easy walk to everything Savannah has to offer. Communication from Lucky Savannah was awesome as well. We were a little concerned about parking but that was a non-issue. The one time a spot was not available right in front of the building I was able to find a spot less than a block away. Would definitely stay again!

Place was clean, secluded, easy access to things. The only suggestion is for the kitchen to have more than just one big knife...maybe a few smaller knives for cooking and just a few basic spices like pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder.

This was a poorly done flip in an old building in the historic district. The front facade they show is different from what it is, the bedroom blinds didn’t even reach the bottom so someone could look in, shutter on the other windows but no covering above so people could see in from next door, you had to put in the door code to lock it vs pushing any number to lock as it started in the arrival text. When stopped at office to see what could be done about the uncovered section of the window,I asked if I could get a black sheet to cover the window and the security light that shines in all night even with the cheap shades. The lady said I don’t have any black sheets but I can have them drop off a sheet. I said I’ll need nails and hammer to hang it too but they must not have those as they just dropped off a whole bed setting. Was able to rig half way so at least you couldn’t see in with a heavy wood decoration they had and a chip clip I brought. If you want a nice place to stay get another unit or stay in another host unit. It was close for walking to see a lot of stuff but will not be going back here next time even though they offer 10% off with pre booking. A lot of construction going on and that’s not there fault but it would have been nice to know when I booked it and yes the garbage dumpster gets picked up right behind the bedroom twice a week so you won’t need an alarm clock on those early days. They do have a/ but also 12 units kicking on constantly 10 feet from the bedroom.

Great part of town. We were close to everything. Apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed. Easy to get into the building. The windows did not have shades/curtains on the tops of the windows. Luckily we did bring eye covers from reading the other reviews and that worked perfectly.

We love this place

This was our second stay here. It’s Cozy, quaint, full of Old South charm and within walking distance to everything we love about Savannah. We walk to a different coffee shop each morning. Short drive for a great Tybee day at the beach

The property was perfect for our stay in Savannah. The unit was very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. I would recommend it to anyone. We did have a mild issue with fruit flys but they are to be expected this time of year.

Beautiful historic apartment building. Perfect for a couple. 4 stars only because there were no curtains/blinds on the windows (only shutters on bottom portion) and outside security lights shined into the bedroom making it VERY bright and hard to sleep. No issues with privacy as there were no windows on the adjacent building looking in! Parking was interesting 😉 for those who aren’t used to a busy/tourist city. Would definitely recommend this location! Just bring a sleep mask! (A fan would have been lovely too!)

The Price - Review

The location was excellent! Check in/out was seamless. Floors were not very clean and we found a dirty towel in the bathroom upon arrival. The bed mattress (too soft) and pillows were very uncomfortable (flimsy). The couch fabric seemed dirty. The couch pillows were also not comfortable/no support. Overall, it seemed like a very old/unsupportive couch. TV in the bedroom did not work. Water temp in the shower was barely warm. Savannah as a city was charming and we loved walking everywhere.
