.You will fall in love with this newly renovated cottage tile bathrooms brand new kitchen beds and mattresses house located on beach road! The cottage is a open layout with tile floors and carpet through the house! All 4 smart TVs with Netflix access . 65 inch in Livingroom and a Bose sound system And FREE WIFI for your computer needs. The loft and the two master bedrooms have TVs available in them. 2 min walk is one of the areas better restaurants goombay's with a close walk to shopping and movie complex. The beach is conveniently located only 150 ft.in front of the cottage!
This house rents Saturday or Sunday at 3pm, checkout Saturday or Sunday at 11am during the season. Weekend or sort week Rentals allowed when available.

Perfect Location walking to the beach! House was wonderful with so many accommodations to make travel life easy. Owner George was a pleasure to interact with and genuinely nice host. Plenty of space , perfect for outside entertaining, the area in town is close to anything you could need or want . Pool heater option was great since we had a chilly couple days !

Great location, and plenty of space for 6 of us. The house had everything we needed to stay for the week. Stores, mini golf, movie theater, Starbucks all within a half mile away. The kids all enjoyed being able to walk to the beach right across the street. George was great to talk to and was very responsive with any questions we had. We had an excellent stay here!

The host and house were both equally fantastic. Though we didn’t use them, the private pool and hot tub were great additions, especially at this price point. The house was fantastic! Location, cleanliness, and amenities were all well above average. George was probably the best, most down to earth host that I’ve ever dealt with and I stay in the OBX 4-5 times a year for the past 10 years!! You won’t regret your stay at T•S•I•P•A•S!

Host was excellent-great communication and even offered us early check in and allowed us the option to extend our stay due to the potential bad weather and unsafe travel. The house was clean and furnished with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to allow the guest to turn off all the outdoor security cameras- no one likes to feel like they are being watched when outside in the driveway or at the pool and hot tub.

Our family enjoyed the stay would highly recommend going back the pool and hot tub was very nice and close to each other the pool heater went bad and owner had it replaced just a couple days later got to check in early and the house was a great beach theme!

Location was amazing! Loved all the amenities of the property. The house needed a good deep cleaning, but when I contacted the host he reimbursed the cleaning fee. Pool was clean, hot tub was amazing. Very close to the beach access! House needs updated as well, but nice location for sure!

This house was the perfect spot! So close to the beach, restaurant next door (that isn't loud). The amenities for under 2 (high chair, tub, pack n play) was a big plus to not have to pack that. The pool and hot tub was a nice addition for some time away from the beach. You could even sign a shell and leave it which was a nice memory touch. Host was very kind and even let us check in early. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great beach trip

This house is everything it says it is! Close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping! There was nothing better than coming back to the house and being able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub. And my teenagers enjoyed it too! This was our second stay here and we'll be back!
