Off-Season Rates - Relax in this beautiful home located just blocks from the Albemarle Sound and just 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Brand New Hot Tub just installed. Paddleboards, kayaks, boats, and jet skis welcome with plenty of parking! The public boat ramp is just a 1/2 mile away. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and bikes for the family. Wind down after a day at the beach or on the water in the relaxing yard with gas grill or take a short walk to the 3rd street soundfront gazebo & the scenic sunsets along Bay Drive. DOG FRIENDLY - max 1.

Beautiful home!

Clean, updated, spacious and open home. Great for a large family. Host was responsive. Great laundry amenities, hot tub and outdoor shower was a plus. Tv in every room was nice, spacious kitchen and dining area.

Excellent stay

House was spotless and plenty of room for all 9 of us. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Would definitely reccmmend this place to others.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything! Erik provides you with everything you need! His home has it all! This was our first time in NC and the joy on all our faces from the memories made here, so amazing!! I’d definitely stay here again!!! Bummed to leave that’s for sure!!

Hunting weekend with friends

We were amazed by the house. Very clean television in every room bonus basement. All the cooking utensils you could want. I would highly recommend this for anybody looking for a great venue.

Guys golf weekend

Booked this as a guy’s golf weekend in April the other OBX. This place makes you want to ask if it’s for sale because it’s so nicely laid out and comfortable for a good amount of people. Plenty of space and we each had our own comfortable sleeping arrangements. Will definitely look to stay here again! And it was one of the least expensive options in the area.

Very Nice Home!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this house. Ample amount of space for the family. It had everything you may need readily available (kitchen necessities, lots of linen, beach chairs, bikes) It was conveniently close to everything (beach, shopping, gas station, attractions) Neighborhood was very quiet, neighbors friendly, felt very safe) Would definitely recommend this house.

Sibling Weekend

My brother, sister and I spent a few days in the OBX at this lovely home. We were very comfortable in this well appointed home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the kitchen well stocked. The hot tub had just been freshly cleaned and refilled upon our arrival. I understand they do this for each new guest arriving. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Getaway! Fantastic and convenient location!!!

I was nervous when I booked because I generally like being closer to the water, but this home did not disappoint! It is fantastically located and very close to everything. So convenient! The house was super clean and well stocked. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and bikes. We especially appreciated the cooler and available beach items. The property manager was very kind and responsive. All in all, I would definitely rent with this manager again! 5 out of 5 for everything!

This property was excellent for my family of 6. 5 stars straight down the board. Alot of unexpected amenities. Bath products supplied and a nice kitchen arrangement with cookware and small appliances. And dinnerware. Will absolutely consider this property again if available.

House was freshly clean upon arrival, was fully stocked. Very close proximity to the beach (we drove, it was like 4 min). Neighborhood was in a good location. Erik is a wonderful host, very responsive/attentive. Enjoyed spending time with family, everyone was pleased!

Perfect Outer Banks Getaway

Quite neighborhood but so close to the beach, hiking, resturaunts, museums that you could walk it! The host provided everything and was quick to respond to any questions. Other places we looked at required you to stay for a full week which is difficult to schedule when you have 3 families, but the host had no problem allowing us to stay only 4 days. The price was fantastic, the best I saw for the number of people! Definetly makes me want to take another trip soon.
