About the towels, we always provide enough for the expected guests but had this been known, we would have checked and provided some to make sure the stay is comfortable. We also appreciate a heads up on the other items and will proactively check it out as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Constructive reviews are always welcome since it's a way for us to keep improving and offer the best guest experience. First, i'd like to preface that our cleaner actually reported that you and your party left our unit reeking of marijuana and the bathroom was so very filthy. Clearly, you guys broke our house rules by smoking indoors and using the home beyond normal wear and tear. To address your first issue, we provide EVERY guest the thermostat code to update the HVAC temp to their personal needs. This thermostat code was provided to you in our welcome email 3 days PRIOR to arrival. So this is a user error on your part. Also, had you reached out to us for help, we would have quickly directed you on how to program the temp. We also have extra blankets readily available in the closet for you to use should you need it. Second, our cleaner submitted cleaning appt photos showing that our stainless steel appliances were not dirty upon your check in. If you had any concerns, you could have reached for support. Regarding our window covers, we have checked and confirmed that there are no see-through curtains. Perhaps had you sent photos illustrating your point, we could better address your concern. As a professionally run team, we try to proactively work with our guests in ensuring they have a great guest experience staying with us. We wish you the best of luck.

The home's selling point is really the great location where you can have peach and quiet when at the home but getting to the main attractions is within reach. Hi Robert, We’re glad you had a nice stay with your family. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention as we had no idea our iron was missing and there was a stain on the sofa. Had you told us during your stay when we checked in on you, we would have resolved these right away. Now that we know of these items, we are now actively working with our maintenance team to address them to ensure the best possible stay for our guests. Terry, I'm sad to hear that you did not have a good experience, but I do have some responses to your comments because I'm quite confused by some of them: 1. Re: the pool, you rented our Mighty Little Beach cottage on VRBO. There are no pool photos in this listing, except for the large PUBLIC community pool I refer to that's 5 minutes away. If you look at this photo and caption, it is obvious that it's not on property. Or you may have mistakenly looked at our Mighty Big Beach listing, which is the other side of this duplex. That listing does have a private swimming pool and hot tub. However, you never once expressed any shock that there was no access to a pool on our property, not one mention. So I do not believe you actually believe we misrepresented on this. 2. Re: cleanliness, I do not believe you are representing what happened accurately. In fact, we send a welcome email to all guests on the same night they arrive at the home to ask if the home is clean and satisfactory. We do this because we know that sometimes things can get missed and we want to make sure that everything works and is cleaned to your satisfaction. But you didn't message me about the cleanliness until the next night late into the evening. When you expressed your concerns, I immediately called my cleaner to come first thing in the morning to reclean the floors because I wanted to give you the best service. While she did not find the condition of the home as you had stated, she still recleaned the floors even though you were leaving the next day. 3. Re: noise from our other guests, I'm sorry about that. But again, I clearly state that this is part of a duplex and that we have strict noise restriction rules to ensure that all guests are respectful of one another. Had you messaged me about it, I would have definitely contacted my other guests to adhere to our house rules to keep it respectful. But you did not make any mention of your noise concerns at all. In the end, I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy staying in our home and I wish you would have communicated better so that I could have helped out more. Either way, I stand by my home, my cleaning team, and dedication as a VRBO Premier Host in giving our guests the best experience possible. Good luck!
