Welcome! A newly updated duplex unit (A) near Bethany Beach may be perfect for you and your friends and/or family! The duplex is about 1 mile from the Bethany Beach boardwalk and located in Turtle Walk community. On the Bethany Trolley route, flag it down at the driveway!


Walkable dining/services include Grotto Pizza, Bethany Diner, and WaWa.

The duplex includes 4 bedrooms (1 on the main level and 3 on the 2nd floor). Sleeps 8! 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twin Beds, and brand new queen size sofa bed

Great stay at Bethany Beach

This property was very clean with comfortable beds. Nancy was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Only a few minutes from the beach. Great location with bike path to beach right next to house.

Wonderful Getaway

This is my second time staying here, and I would come again. The house is a perfect size and set up. It is a mile from the beach with a trolley. My overall experience was perfect! Hope to see you again soon!

Close To Bethany Beach Boardwalk

This house has a great location just one mile from the boardwalk and on the trolley route. We liked the bathroom situation with a master on the main floor and another bedroom upstairs with a "Jack and Jill master". The four beach chairs are in excellent condition.

Great place to relax

Our family of four enjoyed our vacation to the Bethany Beach area. The house was as expected- plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms. We walked down to the beach once but found the trolley much more convenient. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the outdoor shower and hose were convenient for those that got really sandy! The house was a great place to unwind at the end of the day and start our days in “vacation mode”.

Pleased overall with the property and amenities.

The property was as shown in profile. we were pleased that it has a full size washer/dryer. There was also an assortment of beach chairs that could be used. The location is about a mile from the beachfront, but a free trolley service ran about every 15-20 mins and we used it get down to beach and boardwalk area.

Family vacation

The house was nice, but not as clean as I would have liked. Communication with the owner/manager was practically non existent. The trolley and home location was great. Would have liked the outdoor shower to be in working condition.

The house was nice and clean all the beds where made and ready for us. The outside shower was nice for washing off any sand we brought back from the beach. The only thing that wasn’t great was the ac because no matter how low you put it ,it only dropped to 72. Other than that the house was nice and it was conveniently placed to the beach.

Good House. But listing inaccurate

We requested the host if we could check out at 12 instead of 11 am(the actual time on listing) and she asked us to leave at 10am. This is totally unacceptable. Further, the bathroom door upstairs did not close. There were bulbs of some lights in the living room which did not work. There wasn’t even any coffee for us in the morning. We had to make the bed, as the bedsheets were just placed on top of each beds. Nowhere I have seen in hospitality of the guests making their own bed.

Hello, I am sorry the inconvenience and hospitality you had experience. The check out time is 10 am and I did confirmed that I could not accommodate the late checkout when you requested. Unfortunately the cleaning company try to do there jobs and showing up on time. Linen were provided but a lot of time guests refer to use their own. The past guests broke the lamp turn on switch and I tried to buy the matching lamp to replace but unable to find it yet. I Will rephrase my ad that guests must bring their own supplies beyond personal items etc coffee, milk.

Perfect Get Away

We had a really wonderful stay in Bethany Beach. The house was 1 mile from the beach, with a trolley available if needed. We did lots of walking, ate at great restaurants. The house was perfect for us.

A suitable vacation property

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property. There were a few issues with the property (outlets in kitchen were not functioning, sliding doors were rough to operate, trim and painting looked very rough) But overall I think this is a good vacation property. This is not a top of the line house, but it was suitable for a vacation stay.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall very clean and a nice, quiet neighborhood that's located right on the trolley route. We wished the outside shower was in working order, but there is a hose for sandy feet and beach gear. Also, there's not much room for sitting in the family room area, few extra chairs, or larger couch would go a long way. Other than that, highly recommend this property and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions!

Convenient location with a cabin feel

This duplex fit our needs as we were able to rent both sides of the duplex for our group. The location was convenient; maybe a 20 min walk to the boardwalk or a $0.25 shuttle. The exterior of the property gives off a cabin feel, and while the interior is updated a bit, please temper your expectations. The living area is small, but the upside is that it has four bedrooms.
