In winter, the Mont-Dore ski area is only 45 minutes away.Citizen has 2 other units with fully independent entrance and land.5 km from Eygurande (shops).Ground floor: living room with wood stove (large window), flat screen TV, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 140cm + 1 bed 90 and the other with 1 bed 140cmHouse linen not provided.Closed individual plot of 55 m2.
