About Lindsay Laurello

In May 2016 I graduated from Syracuse University, and then was faced with a huge question, "What do I do now?" I have always considered myself indecisive when it comes to making big decisions, so I asked myself this question, "If I had just one more day to live, where would I choose to spend it?" And that leads me to where I am now, living in my hometown with all of my family. Since I've come home from college, I have bought a house and remodeled it, bought a corgi (Who else loves corgi's as much as I do!?), and everyday I continue to learn the in's and out's of property management.

Lindsay Laurello purchased this house in 2002

Nice property!

  • 4 of 5

Every year we plan a get-away for our neighbors, trying not to travel too far. This property was very clean and comfortable. Loved the back yard and large kitchen. Being within walking distance to the winery was a plus!! Would love to come back next year.

Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice Getaway in Wine Country

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful empty-nest getaway. The layout of the house was nice for a group of adults. Everyone had their own room, but plenty of room to visit together. The kitchen is nice and open and was easy for multiple people to work in at the same time. We used the Richmond Limo service and did a tour of four local wineries. It worked out great. Just two suggestions. 1. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms so its hard to get everyone ready at the same time. You can't do makeup or hair while someone else is showering. 2. The firepit has benches - so if you want a back on your chair at the firepit - you'll need to bring your own chairs. Would definitely rent again.

Very cozy & relaxing.

  • 4 of 5

We had just attended a funeral of a love one before arriving around 7:30 PM. Just being able to get away was an awesome experience. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home was nice and it was just what I expected. All of the stores and attractions were about 15-20 minutes away. We enjoyed grilling in the backyard and our visit to the Winery next door to the house. The staff and customers were very friendly. If we decide to travel that way again, we would love to stay here. The property owner was very nice from the time of booking until we arrived. She always responded to any questions I had.

Amazing Stay, Great Backyard

  • 5 of 5

This is my second time staying at this location and I must say that we really do enjoy it. We really enjoy the fire pit and the pavilion sitting area. A more up-to-date grill would be beneficial to the house. I really like that there is transportation to and from the strip! Lindsay the owner, responds quickly to all messages and is easy to work with. I can't wait to stay here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Owner's Response: Hi Kristine, Thank you for your review. We do provide dish towels in the second drawer down next to the refrigerator, however I could see how someone would miss that since they are put away. I am having my cleaning crew keep them on the counter top now so that we don't run into this issue again. We do get mixed reviews about the charcoal grill, so that is something that I am talking about with my management team to see if it would be beneficial to change all of our rentals from charcoal to propane. I love to hear from my guests so that I can improve my rental through my renters constructive criticism, so if you have time to mention anything else that you would've liked to see I would love to hear. Thanks for choosing to rent my house, and I hope to have you back for vacation again soon! -Lindsay

Beautiful property and house!!!

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend Jay and I had friends up from Cincinnati who had never been to the region before. They arrived on Friday evening at various times. The house was very clean and ready for guests. We set up the kitchen with food and beverages for the weekend and picked out our room. I grew up in the area and contacted a local friend who was super sweet and brought us some wood for the weekend. We built a fire and as friends arrived, we sat around and started visiting. We walked over to Laurello to enjoy some music and finished the night around the fire after the last couple arrived. Saturday we rented a bus from Richmond Limo--our driver Jim was awesome. We were joined by some of our local friends and 18 of us ventured around to local wineries: Kosicek, Hundley, Grand River Cellars and Benny Vino's as well as taking some pictures at the Harpersfield covered bridge. The wineries knew we were coming and All were VERY accommodating. We were back at the house by 7:00.....we enjoyed music from Laurello, played cornhole, had another fire and then sat around and sang music we played after the band packed up. We had a fantastic weekend and would highly recommend renting this house!!! Thank you Lindsay!!!!
