Welcome to Salty Dog!
Come and enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse located ½ mile from the beach and a mile from the Pier Village!
Ground floor offers a 2-car garage with an elevator that can take you to all 3 floors! First floor has a large open-concept kitchen, dining room, living room combo with a 55” TV and half bath. Off the living room is a back porch with two chairs to enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for entertaining friends and family! Second floor offers a master suite with a king bed, 42” TV, spacious walk-through closet and beautiful master bath. The second floor also has two additional bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and an additional full bath.
Demere Landing also has a swimming pool ensuite for your use. Unit includes WiFi, cable TV, gorgeous hard-wood floors throughout, and with its charming coastal-themed feel, you'll quickly find yourself escaping to island time! Whether you're looking to hit the beach, do some shopping, eat at some of the best local restaurants, or relax by the pool, this townhouse offers it all!
One dog under 25lbs welcome for a $150 pet fee.
Beach Gear Credit Included! Covenant has proudly partnered with a beach gear delivery service, VayKLife, to add even more value for our guests. Book a participating Covenant vacation rental with a length of stay between 3-14 nights, arriving between March 1st and October 31st, and you'll receive an exclusive beach gear credit! Redeem your daily credit for items including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, beach carts, coolers, cornhole boards, and more - the choice is yours!
