Sits on a tidal lake property. Property includes two King bedrooms with en suite, bunk room with two sets of full over queen bunks and attached full bathroom with barrier free shower/ bench, sink accessible with wheelchair.
House has radiant heated floors throughout. We ask you not to wear shoes in the house, bring slippers.

Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of utensils ,knives, place settings, plastic plates and glasses for children, mixing bowls, Cuisinart, blender, slow cooker, steamer, KitchenAid mixer, coffee/teapot, French press. Coffee grinder , Double ovens. Toaster oven, rice cooker.
There is no cell service in Tierra del Mar proper, we have Spectrum WiFi for streaming on the Smart TV's and WiFi calling capabilities on cell phones. Just turn on wifi calling on your cellphones.

Bring your kayaks, paddle boards or rent in Pacific City 3 miles south, Nestucca Adventures . Wetsuits and surf boards at Moment Surf Co.
A short paddle across the lake to Whalen Island, or 3 min. drive to explore. Many paddle and kayak adventures, the Nestucca river along Pacific City , the Salmon river is south of Pacific City which flows to the ocean at the base of Cascade Head, also a great hike.

There are many hikes nearby or step outside your door and walk along to adjacent Sitka Sedge Natural area for many trails to the ocean, overlook the bay and see numerous wildlife.
The lake is tidal, there is a current tide table in the guest book , or tides.net/Oregon/Nestucca Bay.
Also at Cape Kiwanda in Pacific City enjoy tide pools, Dory boat launching, and award winning restaurants, Pelican Brewery and the Grateful Bread.
13 miles south is the small hamlet of Neskowin, beautiful Art and the
Cafe on Hawk Creek , great menu and fabulous pizza.
30 minutes south is LIncoln City and outlet malls, Kite Flying and Barnacle Bills with great locally caught seafood and some of the best smoked salmon.
The community in Lincoln City also hides handblown glass floats on the beaches year round.
21 miles north in Tillamook is the Tillamook creamery with amazing ice cream and Tillamook cheese.
Also south of Tillamook is the Tillamook Aviation Museum housed in a blimp hangar, the largest clear span wooden structure in the world.
