The property is very in keeping with the old style Floridian beach apartment. It is quite tired however and in need of some TLC. The beds are so comfortable and it is in a great location for the beach and the village

Super clean and comfortable two bedrom/one bath so close to the beach and Siesta Key Village for dining and live music. Walking to the nearby grocery store was very convenient. Responsive host made the stay enjoyable. We had a great time!

Amazing location! Perfect location for my little family with our toddler. Walk to the beach and walk to town- close to everything. Lisa provided us with beach necessities like a wagon and towels and also a pack and play for our little one. It was so great. Can’t wait to come back

What an AMAZING location and host! Lisa was SO prompt in answering questions and you couldn't be closer to the beach if you tried. A quaint little bungalow stay in an authentic feeling old Florida building. A few feet (seemed like) from the Village but no noise except the Gulf. This is an amazing value, and we will absolutely stay again. Perfect love next.Talashia

Definitely a Hidden Gem. The location is absolutely perfect from breakfast time to beach time to dinner time. Great communication as well as items to the beach. So glad we booked here for a little girls trip!

This spot is an absolute gem in terms of location. Steps from the beach and a quick walk to shops and dining. The access to beach chairs, towels, wagon, and cooler made beach time a success. Lisa communicated promptly and was incredibly easy to work with. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is our 4th time staying in GEM. It is the ideal spot with walking proximity to the beach and the village. So many places are large for several people and this is always great for our family of 3. Lisa is an amazing communicator and responds extremely quick with any questions or needs. Location has onsite laundry available (just bring your own detergent) which is great for doing laundry part way through the trip. Highly recommend!

Proximity to the beach (1-2 mins walk), to shops, restaurants & bars in the village (5 mins walk), and the thoughtful amenities provided by the host to enjoy a beach vacation (cart, beach chairs, towels) made this the perfect place for my family and I. Would love to return!
