US OPEN 2026 week is available. PLEASE submit an inquiry with your requested dates PRIOR to sending a booking request because we have a specific night minimum requirement during that timeframe . Thank you ! This beautiful newly renovated two story home with stunning water views is available for rent. The house was recently painted white this fall. It is located directly across the street from Big Fresh Pond in Southampton. The house has its own private dock giving you access to swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding right in your front yard. The dock has two chairs on it to enjoy the water views. The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor in the front of the home and has water views, a queen size bed, TV and large closet. There is a shade to cover the skylight if you prefer to close it not shown in the picture . The second bedroom located on the second floor next to the master also has water views, it has two twin beds, TV and a large closet. The third bedroom located on the second floor has a queen size bed, TV and large closet. It also has a shade you can close on the skylight not shown in the picture . There is a large bathroom with a walk in shower located on the second floor. The first floor of the home has a spacious eat in kitchen with large glass sliding doors that open to a patio with a outdoor dining table and seating area. There is a second seating area in the front of the house. The main room of the house is an open floor plan with large windows giving you a spectacular view of the water. Off the living room is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fourth room that can be used as an office or a small bedroom. It has a desk and a twin size futon couch. The laundry room is located on the first floor. The house is located 3 miles from Southamtpon Village with great restaurants and shops and beaches . US OPEN 2026 WE HAVE A SPECIFIC night minimum for the week of the of 6/12 to 6/21. If you are interested Please sent an inquiry prior with your dates before sending a booking request. Thank you

What a wonderful house in a superb and peaceful location but close enough to Southampton for shopping and dinner and soaking up the atmosphere of The Hamptons.

Perfect getaway

We had such a lovely time staying at Tony’s place in the Hamptons. The entire process was very easy and the house had all the items we needed for our stay. The house is in a peaceful location. We would definitely return!

Beautiful, Quiet Lakeside Stay

My husband and I wanted to spend a long weekend outside of the city with our dog. This property was perfect for us. Although there was ample space for more people, we felt very comfortable with room to spread out. It was such a treat to wake up to the view of the sun shining over the calm water of Big Fresh Pond. We highly recommend!

We loved this house! It was airy, full of light, modern, clean, nicely furnished, and had all the amenities we needed. My oldest child- age 13- is into fishing and has a license, and we fished off the dock. The pond is beautiful and there are views of it from so many rooms of the house. It was a short convenient drive to the town of Southampton, where we could go to restaurants and visit our friends. We would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful serenity

After a six week stay in Manhattan this beautiful house with its views of the pond was blissfully quiet. The house is tastefully decorated with an eye to detail. It was equipped with all the basics for long term stays. We loved it in the pictures and it was more beautiful in real life. The host was very helpful when I reached out with a question. Highly recommend for people wanting a low key while visiting in the Hamptons. Only a few minute drive to Main Street in Southampton.

Beautiful LakeHouse

This property. was recently renovated and in great shape. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The view from every window in the front of the house is of a beautiful lake, with private dock seating to enjoy. You can swim, paddle board, kayak or canoe. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with lots of trees and foliage and virtually no traffic. Very close to Southampton Village and the bay beaches and ocean beaches. Wifi works well. Great outdoor seating. Highly recommend.
