We thought this was a nice property for a week beach trip. It was spacious for a family of 4. It was fully stocked with all the kitchen and household essentials and well as beach essentials. There was easy access to the beach. Appreciate the onsite elevator for loading and unloading. There were some concerns about cleanliness especially issues with black mold in the washing machine and all along the shower and tub caulking/grout. We also had a cockroach and sugar ants that we dealt with all week despite keeping a very clean kitchen and living space. The owner offered to send an exterminator; however as we had an infant crawling around we didn’t want any harsh chemicals and opted to purchase a few traps on our own.

The pictures don't do this property justice! The open living room/kitchen area with the vaulted ceilings really make it feel huge! Everyone was smiling ear to ear when we first walked in! The unit is right next to the elevator and the property has luggage carts so it's very convenient to get in and out. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps away. We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Honestly, I think this is probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The views were wonderful and the communication with Candi was also a breeze. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Easter Stay

We have rented units around Emerald Isle on several different occasions and this was hands down our favorite. Every area of the unit was extremely spacious and well maintained. The furniture on the balcony was sturdy and comfortable, with an amazing picturesque view of the beach. The mattresses in each bedroom was extremely plush and comfortable. After a long day on the beach, we enjoyed relaxing on the big comfy sectional. We enjoyed having plenty of cabinet space to put away our food and had ample closet/dresser space for our clothes and luggage. It was nice to have basic beach gear in the closet for use (2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.). To be honest we felt right at home staying here. Everywhere you look, you can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride and puts genuine effort in ensuring their unit is well maintained. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Perfect Location

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect. The beach was peaceful and beautiful. Having beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy beach access and nicely updated

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and had a great time. The condo was spacious, updated and well stocked. And the walk out to the beach was much easier than other places we’ve stayed on Emerald Isle. All around great experience!

Beautiful Location!

Our family really enjoyed this location. Close to everything and nice place to stay overall. Elevators make trips to the third floor easy. One of the best vacations that we have enjoyed. No one was ready to go home!

It was always a dream of ours that our children could experience the slow pace and summers that we did as children and for us to have somewhere to come and visit our families who still live in the area.
