The Space:

Step outside to your private desert retreat: a sparkling pool and spa (spa heat included), a fire pit for evenings under the stars, a covered patio with a custom natural-gas BBQ island, and a grassy lawn with Adirondack chairs looking out over the running creek.



Inside, the open living and dining area has room for everyone, and the kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar for quick bites. Stay comfortable with central air controlled by a Nest thermostat, fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the gated Indian Palms Country Club, within walking distance of the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 casinos are a short drive away, along with dozens of Coachella Valley golf courses, Old Town La Quinta's shops and restaurants, and El Paseo in Palm Desert. Joshua Tree National Park makes an easy day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the Coachella Valley, and the home includes garage parking. The Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach) is within walking distance, so on festival weekends you can skip the traffic and shuttles entirely. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30–35 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are widely available. Indian Palms is a gated community, and gate access instructions will be sent before your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

• Self check-in with a smart lock keypad. Your code is sent before arrival.

• Spa heat is included. Pool heat is $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer).

• A Ring camera monitors the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras inside.

• During Coachella and Stagecoach, expect heavier traffic and some road closures around the Polo Grounds, so plan arrival times accordingly.

• Please respect the Indian Palms community rules and quiet hours. This is a residential neighborhood.

• No pets, please.
