The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 12 people.

Formerly inhabited by the owners, all the comforts are there for young and old.
This cottage has been completely renovated by Carole, the owner of the place. The decoration is modern and the materials are quality.

Around the Domaine du Moulin, you can easily go for a bike ride and take a trip to the town of Bailleau l'Evêque for its local shops. Upon entering the cottage, you will find the kitchen equipped with a mixer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and hob.
This farmhouse is made up of a beautiful living room where you can meet up to share friendly moments.
Finally, on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom "Le jardin de Mat" composed of a double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90), as well as a bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and toilets.

Upstairs, there will be the remaining bedrooms as well as a bathroom (shower cabin):
“La vie en rose”, composed of a double bed (160) and a sofa bed (140)
"Erwan's land", composed of a double bed (140) and a single bed (90)
"Little Edith", composed of a double bed (140)

On the landing, a relaxation area with table football, a desk and an exercise bike are at your disposal.

Outside, you can enjoy your private terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture and parking spaces.

A large outdoor space shared by the owners and other guests completes this property. This exterior also has a large communal swimming pool (open from May to October) as well as a wellness area (spa and hammam - by reservation).

Pets are allowed.
A sauna and spa are available for privatization at an additional cost.
