Please seal all food containers and dispose of garbage often. We do have the unit professionally treated, however can still make random appearances.

We loved the condo! It was in great shape and very clean, and the view from the condo and lanai is awesome, not to mention the sound of the waves hitting the rocks, which was so soothing. The condominium community is well cared for and in a great location. Highly recommend!

Teresa was a great host and highly communicative! The condo was clean, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The Murphy bed was also easy to use and there were extra sheets for it. The grill area was easy to use and the pool/hot tub were relaxing! Though there isn't an elevator, there are landings every 8 steps. Parking also easy to find! Thanks for a great stay!

Teresa and Rick were very responsive and welcoming. I received information about the unit and things to do on the island well ahead of time. The condo was well equipped with everything we could possibly need..beach gear, drying rack, all kinds of kitchen items, fans. The view was as pictured and we enjoyed our time on the lanai. Having lived in Hawaii for 15 years, we love being a host for our guests, getting to know them and meeting their needs while on vacation. We were prior condo owners on Oahu since 1990 and recently new owners in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. We love to visit all the Hawaiian islands regularly and enjoy the warm weather and relaxing lifestyle. Our reviews of the condo are from July 2021 to the present. We, the owners stay at the condo twice a year to make sure that we experience what our guests experience and strive to keep good maintenance of the condo.

Why they chose this property

This property has amazing view of the ocean and is known for its fabulous sunsets most every night. The Big island is also much more diverse than the other Hawaiian islands and has the wet and dry sides of island due to the high elevation of the mountains and volcanos. The beaches open to public with a mix of white sand, black sands, and green sand locations. The nearby sandy beaches are White Sands Beach, Kahalu'u, Honl Beach, and Hapuna State Beach which is a bit farther north of Kona.

What makes this property unique

This property is fully equipped with everything you need and exactly as advertised in the photos, including beach gear and a well stocked kitchen and supplies. It is far enough from Kona town but close enough to walk. It has fantastic pool and grounds that are maintained daily and well cared for The complex is family friendly with several well maintained BBq's. This condo is just steps from the Free Kona Trolley, bike rentals, green flash coffee shop, beaches, shopping, restaurants and bars. We are one of only a handful of units with AC in our 1 BR condo.
