The small house in Marnod is accessed through the parking lot shared with the owners. The main entrance opens onto a kitchen and a charming living room combining wood and stone, with a warm and refined decor. The living room with a pellet stove will keep you warm during colder periods. A beautiful wooden and ironwork staircase leads to a large 50 m² mezzanine where the sleeping arrangements are distributed: on one side, a double bed (160x200), on the other, a single bed (90x200) with a relaxation area and net for the enjoyment of young and old alike, and finally, opposite, a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200). Three steps lower is a beautiful bathroom with an integrated toilet. You have access to a private terrace with no overlooked views.
