One bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC (separate), accessible to people with reduced mobility. Laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, one with a private shower room and WC, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, library area and television). A bathroom (bathtub and double sinks) and separate WC. Electric underfloor heating. A garage (2 cars). Renovated in 2013. The plus of this gîte: electricity, cleaning included, sheets and towels provided. Mobile network on the first floor and outside. Good internet speed.
