Self-contained traditional stone house (80 sq.m.), renovated 2001, in typical Bugey hamlet, near lake at Barterand & Marais de Lavours. Entrance hall with stone stairs, kitchen, lounge, shower room & bathroom, 3 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) (2 single beds, crib). Electric heating & wood (extra charge), wood-pellet stove. Terrace with flowers. Parking for 2 cars. Mobile phone available. Lovely family house opposite the village bread oven. Ideal for swimming & exploring the Bugey area. Charge for (optional) cleaning: 35€ (up to 5 people), 45€ (more than 5 people). ViaRhôna access 2 km away. Grand Colombier mountain range 10 km away with a climb to the summit for cyclists (Tour de France stage in 2012, 2016 and 2023). Swimming in a natural lake 1 km away.
