Living room/well-equipped fitted kitchen, shower room/WC. 1st floor: large bedroom (double bed), lounge area (sofa bed available). Bedroom opens directly onto back of gîte & terrace (garden furniture, BBQ). Steep stairs, parking. Heating: underfloor & electric. Owner's wine cellars nearby: local Bugey wine for sale. Optional cleaning charge: 20€. Near the Vallée Bleue (sports activities). Canoeing/kayaking 6km. Via Ferrata (assisted rock climbing), climbing 3km.
