the only suggestion I can make is I was confused on the location of where the trash cans were to be deposited, that's on me not the host. Shelley was amazing! GPS (again not the host's fault) doesnt give correct directions, but it get's you in the visinity, just let the people arriving that once they exit 126 turn right and keep going they can't miss it.

An Historic Gem!This incredible Victorian home in Fillmore exceeded every expectation and was the perfect backdrop for our family getaway. We were in the area for my daughter’s wedding in nearby Santa Paula, and the location could not have been more convenient.The house itself is full of character, bursting with history and charm. Our big group had plenty of space to spread out, and we loved unique details like the winding staircases and beautiful pocket doors. It is incredibly reasonably priced, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.The only thing worth noting is some nearby traffic noise, but we quickly got used to it, it didn't take away from our stay, and our entire family would stay here again

Shelley and Clark's home is absolutely beautiful! We were in town for our son's wedding and stayed here with all of our family and 2 small grandchildren. We had plenty of space to spread out, bathrooms for everyone, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals, and comfortable beds. The yard is amazing and the little ones as well as my adult sons had a blast playing outside. We didn't get a chance to use the inviting pool unfortunately since it was a busy wedding weekend but hope to return soon to take advantage of it! Shelley and Clark are excellent hosts and I would highly recommend staying at this incredible home.

We highly recommend this home. The entire house was very clean and accommodated our families well. It was only a couple minutes into Fillmore and an easy drive to Ventura and Camarillo. The kids enjoyed the croquet and pool. The yard was very well maintained and the view was excellent. The host, Shelley, was very responsive and we enjoyed chatting with her before we left

Great house for a weekend away

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Victorian home! The pool was great and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful and communicative.

This vacation property exceeded all of our expectations! Everything about it was top-nootch and amazing. The house itself is quite spectacular and very convenient for my large group of 10 family members from 3 generations--large rooms, comfortable beds, many bathrooms, antique and modern furnishings, games, TVs, a baby grand piano, convenient, well-stocked kitchen. The pool was sparkling clean and inviting. The back yard is huge and just perfect for games of frisbee golf or touch football or croquet. My grandkids picked fresh oranges & lemons which made delicious orange juice. Everything worked well--no complaints. The hosts were very welcoming and available. All wonderful. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Stay at Beautiful, Relaxing Venue

What a fabulous stay we had at this beautiful, relaxing and peaceful venue. There was nothing missing - a beautiful location, stunning home, comfy bed, incredibly huge lawn that my dogs never wanted to leave, perfect location for why we were in town, yummy strawberries and oranges at the nearby fruit stand, kind, helpful and responsive host...and I could go on and on and on. One of the best stays we have ever had!

We really enjoyed our stay here while we attended our daughter’s wedding. This house was close to the wedding venue, restaurants and stores even though the rental has a private ranch setting. It was very clean and had lots of room for our family. Everyone loved the pool and large backyard. People in Fillmore were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Shelley was amazing she kept in contact to make sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome hosts, great property!!

What a perfect property! The hosts were so accommodating and even helped us find the perfect piece of wood for smoking our chicken. Each room was exactly as pictured, we appreciated the soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms too! The grounds and the pool were just perfect too. We will definitely stay here again!

Amaaaaaazing Stay!!

100/10. This was the best stay I’ve ever had in a rental. The house is immaculate, feels like a mansion and a cozy cottage at the same time. The yard and pool were so wonderful to enjoy, and Shelley was so kind, so helpful and so hospitable. I hope to come back and stay again sometime!!

Amazing ranch with great setup for homely stay

A group of 9 of my friends and I stayed at Shelley’s house for a group weekend and it was great. We were able to make family meals every night and enjoyed the pool/yard every day. The house felt like we were all at home and there were enough bedrooms to accommodate a large group.
