New and modern studio with private access in an excellent location less than a mile from ASU and just 8min from airport. Shares backyard space with adjacent bungalow. Walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and shopping spots on Mill Avenue. Whole foods is even less than a mile away. Our home has been completely renovated and designed to maximize comfort.
