Come and enjoy the comfort of this 1-bedroom apartment and its location in the middle of the pedestrian streets of Liège filled with shops, restaurants and bars.
The apartment
The apartment consists of a living room with lounge area and dining area, an independent kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, air conditioning and triple glazing. The building also has a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Access
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 3 floors, without elevator.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located Rue Saint-Jean-en-Isle, in the pedestrian center of Liège, a stone's throw from the Opera and on the edge of the Carré.
In the evening from Thursday to Sunday the streets of Le Carré are noisy.
The area is rather lively since many people walk its pedestrian streets every day both for its numerous shops and for its restaurants and bars.
It's certain: you won't want for anything because you are close to everything and you won't risk getting bored. The apartment is also close to many small shops (cheese maker, butcher, market gardener, bakery, wash house, night shop, florist, etc.)
On the cultural side, thebe/"> Sauvenière cinema, The mirror city , the Reflektor and the Royal Opera of Wallonia are a few meters away and it will take you 5-10 minutes maximum to reach the Theater de Liège . A gym is also accessible nearby .
