Located in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its 20 m² terrace overlooking the Loire offers exceptional views.

The 115 m² cottage can accommodate 6 people. It includes 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, and a kitchen opening directly onto the terrace.
The two large bedrooms, each with 160 cm beds, facing the Loire. The quiet is absolute, and the sunsets over the Loire are always unique.
Private parking for your car upon request.
Bicycle storage.
The cottage is less than a kilometer from Les Ponts de Cé, where you can shop for local products.
There are many activities: kayaking, golf, etc.

Great communication from Veronique right from the initial booking & throughout our stay in this wonderful cottage. Whilst the terrace over the river bank is rightly the main feature, fabulous for a morning coffee or a glass of wine, the whole cottage is an oasis of calm, with beautiful art & fresh flowers from the garden on arrival. The sunsets on the terrace were sublime. Our hosts were extremely welcoming, meeting us on arrival & sharing points of interest in the locality & books on the area & enduring our poor French language skills. Our family loved every minute of our stay there & were sorry to leave.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmte in jeder Hinsicht.Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer sehr gepflegten und grünen Umgebung.Der Blick auf die Loire von der Terrasse aus ist atemberaubend und die Sonnenuntergänge sind unvergesslich.Ich empfehle diesen Aufenthalt allen Liebhabern der Loire.Véronique ist eine sehr freundliche und diskrete Gastgeberin.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

le calme des bords de Loire

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans cet agréable gite au bord de la Loire. La maison est atypique, confortable, bien aménagée et décorée avec gout.Elle parait petite mais on est étonné des grands volumes qu'elle offre . La terrasse donne directement sur la Loire , elle invite au calme et à la relaxation en écoutant les oiseaux chanter.La région est agréable avec de belles ballades à effectuer. Enfin l'accueil de nos hotes et la communication est parfaite . Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement .
