Luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Home with Patio, 2 Car Parking, Air-Conditioning, and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS from the Lower Living Room. This home is without a doubt, one of the nicest beachfront rentals in the city of Newport Beach.
Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA.
This home is beautifully remodeled and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The lower level has direct access to the oceanfront patio equipped with a 6 seat patio table for family dinners and an outdoor sofa/patio lounge with a propane fire pit for the cool afternoons spent enjoying one of our many beautiful California Sunset.
(Please note: Our patio is a private (not shared) space however, the upper tenant does have the ability to access the beach through the common walkway)
Bedroom Configuration:
A Unit (Lower) Master Bedroom 1- California King + ensuite A Unit (Lower) Bedroom 2- Queen A Unit (Lower) Bedroom 3 - Bunk Bed + Trundle (3 Twins)
(Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the hallway bathroom while the Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath with access to the in-home laundry)
THIS PROPERTY IS A DUPLEX. THE UPSTAIRS UNIT IS IDENTICAL TO THE DOWNSTAIRS AND CAN BE RENTED TOGETHER.
Guests can access RIGHT Garage as well as the Downstairs oceanfront unit.

Air-Conditioning This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces
Parking Details (2) Designated parking spots are provided. (1) Garage Spot and (1) covered carport spot behind the garage parked in tandem . Height 6 feet (72 inches) width 7 feet X 9 inches) (93 Inches) Compact and mid size vehicles recommended. At this location height can be an issue. Large/Tall vehicles will need to park on the street.
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

House is at the edge of Newport. Location on the beach is great, there are still a decent amount of restaurants and a coffee shop that are within a 5-10 minute walk.Unit is large and has great views throughout.
The property is perfect for groups wanting a clean and modern beach experience just steps from the beach! We loved the neighborhood as it is quiet and not as crowded as other neighborhoods. The kitchen and appliances were newly updated and well stocked. Truly the best Newport Beach rental we have used and will be back!

Absolutely loved it! Only negative was the guests staying upstairs … they were very inconsiderate… no fault to owner/management, just too bad people are t more considerate and better mannered.

The house was immaculate. Everything was new and nice. Bright, light, and airy. Incredible views of the ocean. Super quiet beach and fun sand dunes right in front of the house. The patio area was perfect- enough space to eat, hang, and play. We will definitely return soon!

Great home for gathering with family. Some items at the home needed repairs or replacement (fire pit broken and no gas tanks) simple repairs were addressed by Tower17 managers w/a call. Have to be very careful driver to park in below ground garage very tight space to turn in and back out…
This was the perfect and most beautiful getaway. The house is upgraded and modern. Everything was clean and the property management was attentive and courteous. We enjoyed being able to walk right on to the beach, sit by the fire outside and socialize, as well hear the waves at night. We felt secure and cozy. We everything we needed for cooking, dining, and lounging. I would most certainly stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
