Palafox Perfection, Sleeps 5

This loft overlooks Palafox Street in the very heart of historic downtown Pensacola. Others may say they are “ downtown”, but my apartments are truly in the very heart of downtown’s vibrant entertainment district. The balcony overlooks the parade route.

We have Private gated parking , a rare find in downtown Pensacola. Parking is for paid guests only.

This building was commissioned by Francisco Mareno in 1870. The owner has lovingly restored the beautiful brick walls and hardwood floors. There is a private queen size bedroom, a queen bed in the skylight room, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room features a new Vizio TV . The spacious walk in shower is large and comfortable. There is also a new full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable.

From the comfort of your apartment you can walk to over 40 restaurants. The famous Saenger Theatre is right next door. It’s an easy stroll to the Maritime Park, home to the Blue Wahoos, the AA affiliate of the Miami Marlins. Enjoy an outdoor concert on the bay at the Maritime Park amphitheater or a stroll through Veterans Memorial Park. The new $15million dollar YMCA is just a block to the east. Every Saturday, just two blocks north is the Palafox Market, an open air treasure trove of arts & crafts , fresh baked breads, farm raised meats, vegetables, coffees and much more. Major festivals are held in Seville Square just 4 short blocks away.

This was the coolest loft, right in the middle of Palafox. Go either direction and find the best restaurants and shops. The loft itself was decorated so beautifully. Lots of towels, soft sheets, dishes-just an all around cool cool vibe. We loved it. And the manager was very accessible when I repeatedly asked for check in directions

Many listings advertise their location as being downtown, but this one is truly in the very heart of downtown, right in the middle of the entertainment district, and a short 12 minute walk to the Maritime Park waterfront amphitheater . I’m so glad that you and all of your friends booked all of my apartments for the Gulf Coast Jazz Festival last weekend. Next year’s festival is to be even bigger and better, so I hope to see you all again.

Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. It would be helpful to know exactly what was lacking in the kitchen. Each of our VRBO‘s have a full kitchen. We provide two different types of coffee makers, a selection of coffees along with different sweeteners and creamers. We provide shampoos and conditioners in each bathroom and a hairdryer. When our property manager let me know that your apartment was missing the hairdryer, I ordered a new one immediately. It is my understanding that our property manager offered to bring you a hairdryer, but you said it was really no problem. This apartment is a favorite of so many of our guests for many reasons. It’s in the very heart of downtown Pensacola and within walking distance of all the great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. We are one of the few Downtown VRBO‘s that offer free private gated parking to our guests. I hope you’ll give us another chance to help you enjoy Pensacola. Thanks again for your feedback. Deborah

Yes, just walk down your stairs from this beautiful apartment and get fresh donuts made with croissant dough at PARLOR DOUGHNUTS. You’ll find it hard to choose from the 16 different toppings including maple bacon, caramel pecan, s’mores, fruit tart, and my favorite French toast. Or was it maple pecan? Oh my goodness they’re all so delicious. And the coffee….. mmmmmmm so good!
