Clean and comfortable

The check in process was effortless. The property was clean and felt welcoming. The view is beautiful.

Very Disappointed

Wanted to make the best of our evacuation from hurricane ida. From the moment we walked into our unit there were issues. 1. They used stock photos. The photos you see online are not the same as the unit. 2. Beds described online did not match what was in our condo.(no twin bed) 3. Lights went out all over. Laundry room, hallway, bathroom, closet. 4. No scrub for the dishes and no blow dryer. 5. The master bed room door squeaked when you opened it. 6. Most of these issues could of been handled when addressed but could not get in contact with management until the day we had to check out. We left voicemails and text for a few days and didn’t hear back from maintenance or management till the day we left

Hi, Ethan, thanks for your review. We can confirm the photos of this unit are accurate. Because the property is brand new, you may have created your booking prior to photos being taken when we had a disclaimer on our property page and temporary photos of a similar unit. From the screenshot you sent us on September 1st, we see that the bedding correctly showed a twin bunk bed, but we see how it can be confusing: - twin/ single (2), bunk bed (1) We couldn't find any calls that were missed from your phone number, but the number we include in guest documents is for our front desk at the resort, and one of our agents on-site would have also been able to assist you. We're sorry you were disappointed and we appreciate your feedback!
