Beautiful newly renovated 3-bedroom townhome style condo just seconds from the beach. With 2 master en-suites, the house has 2 king beds, 1 queen, and 1 full bed that will comfortably sleep 7. The beach is located about 100 yards from the unit and downtown St. Augustine is only minutes away.

This was a girls trip with my daughters in law and my four granddaughters, this condo was perfect for our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished with anything we needed inside and out and it was decorated beautifully. We plan to stay here again next year when we can determine a date. Dave was an excellent communicator with any information about check in and out and reached out to us when bad weather caused some problems at the complex (we were not affected). I highly recommend this condo, we all loved our stay

This property was definitely among our top rentals. Other than a few personal preferences, it was perfect. We are learning that with any vacation rental, small updates can enhance a family's stay. The host was quick to communicate and answer any questions. We had a great week!

This property is a rare find. Private quiet location both on and off the beach although a close drive to restaurants and shops. It’s more townhouse size with 3 levels. It allowed for easy access to our car and beach gear. In the garage we found plenty of beach gear like extra chairs and boards and lots more. The unit has plenty of beach towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was remodeled and lovely. Parking was easy in driveway and the beach and pool were literally steps away. The host made check in so easy. I also rented bikes from A1A cycle works and found riding bikes on the beach and inland wonderful. We sailed one afternoon in Anastasia area. Fishing at the inlet 1 mile away seemed very popular too. Overall I highly recommend.

The condo met all of our expectations. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of small problems when we first arrived but the owner, David, responded immediately and rectified everything. During our month long stay, we were joined for a week by our youngest daughter and her family. The kids really enjoyed the bedroom on the first floor. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

The condo and complex were great! Very nicely decorated and well stocked. Super convenient to the beach and pool. The beach was nice and flat and not crowded. We look forward to going back!

Great condo with plenty of space for everyone and located right on the beach. Pics depict exactly what you get, and communication with the host was quick and easy when needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beach Vacation

We go to the Cresent beach area every year for summer vacation and this has been one of our favorite places so far! The property was beautiful and the location was excellent. The beds were super comfortable, it was a very short walk to the beach and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for making meals. The pool was very clean. The other residents were also quiet families and all very respectful. We will definitely return again.

Perfect Place

We have been vacationing at Crescent Beach for 32 years! This is our 2nd stay in this beautiful condo. Every square inch has been renovated and it is gorgeous! We truly had a wonderful week!

We had wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. The condo’s proximity to the pool and beach is amazing.We would rate 10/10 upon checkout despite a few minor issues. Checkin/out was a breeze. One of the minor issues was that the washer and dryer do not work well. We had to wash clothes twice and dry them twice. This wasn’t a big issue for us as we were just grateful to have a washer and dryer (you will find out why I’m mentioning this later in the post.) The pans stocked in the kitchen appear to be cephalon and scratched heavily. I drove to target to buy a pan to cook eggs rather than use any of the ones supplied (I realize this is a preference issue.)The TV in the bedroom glitched out and we were unable to fall asleep watching TV as we do at home. Not a big deal!A week after we checked out, we received a message from the owner inquiring about a missing sofa pillow and pink stains on white towels rather than a thank you for choosing our condo which I am accustomed to. I was very surprised. We knew nothing about the missing pillow or stained towels. My advice to anyone that rents this condo is to report all issues to the owner no matter how small. We did not message about the washer and dryer bc it wasn’t a big deal to us, but then we got blamed for stains on towels. In fact, we didn’t message the owner once during our stay as all were minor inconveniences.

I do want to gently clarify one thing: my message to you after checkout began by thanking you for staying with us. I wrote: "Thanks again for staying at our place! I'm doing a routine check after your stay and noticed a couple of small things I wanted to ask about." I then asked about a missing couch pillow and some stained towels, adding "No worries if something got misplaced or stained, accidents happen!" This is a routine question I ask so I can track items down before the next guests arrive, it was never meant as blame, and I'm sorry it came across that way. You're right that we'd always rather hear about issues during a stay, however small. Thank you for flagging the washer/dryer, cookware, and bedroom TV, we're addressing all three now so future guests have a smoother experience. We'd love to host you again. Wonderful place!

Book now! The accommodations are newly updated and beautiful. The space is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked for cooking in on some nights. Very clean and well designed space. Beds are very comfortable as well. We traveled into old town St. Augustine several days for tours and dinners, the location was short, easy drive. Beach is a short walk as well. We would definitely stay here again!
