The living space consists of a functional and well-equipped living room with a sofa, dining table and chairs, as well as a TV.
From an open, functional and fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machines (filter + Senseo).
This room opens directly onto a terrace with pergolas, where you can enjoy the sun, ideal for relaxing after a bike ride or having a barbecue with family or friends. Sunbeds, garden furniture, and gas plancha are provided for your use.

On the night side, you will find a room with a 140 cm bed, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe.
A spacious mezzanine completes this apartment, with two single 90 cm beds, bedside table, and dresser.

From a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine, a shower, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, a toilet, and a sink unit with storage.

Parking is private, a parking space is provided in the residence.
