This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom vacation home offers everything and more needed for the ultimate family experience for up to 14 people and your pets.

Come experience the magic at our family friendly luxury Disney Villa! Spark of Imagination has a newly renovated game room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private pool with hot tub with FREE pool heat, custom themed rooms throughout, new carpeting, new showers, and so much more; this home will take you on the magical journey of a lifetime!

The moment you enter, you'll be greeted with a beautiful home professionally designed to relax. You have 2 living areas to unwind and also formal dining seating with subtle hidden Mickey's - can you find them all? The fully-stocked kitchen features all the amenities from home with stainless steel appliances, multiple small appliances for convenience, and an eat in breakfast table. The bedrooms all feature beautiful touches of comfort including cable TV in each room and streaming access.

Outside you’ll find the full size pool and spa, heated for free on every stay, that you’ll be sure to enjoy hours splashing! The enclosed screen patio has a full outdoor dining and lounge area, bar, sunbather chairs, and bottom privacy screens. There is a new propane bbq grill included on all reservations free to have the perfect outdoor dinner after a long day at the parks! The sliding patio door to the pool from the home is equipped with a pool alarm and it also has a pool fence for additional pool safety features.

The game room features Mr. PAC-MAN arcade, an Xbox One, an air hockey table, a huge smart TV for movies, a super fun full size playground tube slide with fort area for fun without ever leaving the house. This has been voted as the favorite room in the house by our expert (child) judges! ;)

If you do decide to get some FL fresh air, you can sit on the front lanai in a patio set straight from Disney's Polynesian Village (an actual piece of Disney magic!) where you can watch your children across the street on the giant castle themed gated playground.

Windsor Hills is a secure gated and video surveillanced community. It features a large water park with slides, a movie theater, arcade room, small shop with concession, multiple playgrounds, and more that you'll have FREE access to your entire stay at Spark of Imagination. This home is located a short 3 minute walk to the clubhouse and water park!

This house was a terrific stay. It is excellent for anyone with small children. There are lots of toys and kid stuff you need --- such as high chairs, strollers, plastic plates and cups, etc. The home was clean and well decorated. The host was very responsive. The pool and hot tub were great!

Fun Family Vacation!

We have been coming to Windsor Hills Resort for over a decade and it never disappoints! The resort is very secure, and the gate and house check-in processes were easy. We had our adult children and two grandsons, ages 7 and 11, for our yearly family vacation and all had a great time! The house and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals at the house. The adult kids and grandsons loved the game room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house, and always love the community pool and water park. We highly recommend this beautiful home!!! Thank you!

Lots to do for children and adults!

Lots of room for the 9 of us (6 adults, 12yr, 9yr, 4yr) to enjoy. The pool and spa were great, and the game room is an added plus! The kids had plenty to do and we really enjoyed having the park across the street, as well as the putting green.

Great Location

This was our first time to stay off of Disney Property and it turned out great. All of the Disney parks are very close. Loved having the park right across the street. The kids loved the game room! Overall a very nice stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything was perfect about this house. The house itself, the location, and the bonus water park and pool on site. My son loved the game room and on-site water park. We had a great time. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked. They had everything you need for little ones. It was great not having to pack high chairs, pack n plays, strollers, toys, cups etc.. for the littles. All questions were answered and taken care of promptly by Ashley. She was great to work with!

We stayed here with four kids under the age four and it was the absolute best!! So much space, everything you would need for kids and hosting families. The house is clean, the beds were so comfortable, play room was such a hit and themed rooms were beautiful! Location is excellent with playground across street and short walk to the water park! The backyard pool was double locked, alarm and kid fence, we had peace of mind with all the little ones. The host was responsive and very helpful :) We are already planning our next few trips to go back!! And my in laws are planning to book as well, would not hesitate to book this !!

Outstanding Vacation Rental

Spark of imagination is a wonderful vacation rental. The location of the home within Windsor Hills is very close to the WH water park, market place grill and the castle playground! Can’t find a better location! The home itself is amazing ! All bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, two master en suite as well as 2 twin bedrooms and an additional king bedroom with bath on the main floor. Kitchen has everything needed and there is a bonus playroom complete with a slide, video games and super heroes! Beautiful pool and hot tub with baby gates and alarms! The best feature of this rental is the owner who is so friendly, responsive and knowledgeable!

Good value inactive resort

Very clean and fits multiple family types. Very secure neighborhood with lots of activities and amenities. I would especially use the marketplace grill in the community, they will deliver and the food was really good and the price was very reasonable. Had a lot of communication with property manager and they were very responsive through it all. Couple of small things because no place is perfect. The entrance to the community is a very busy traffic area and can take sometime especially getting out. So plan accordingly.

Perfect Size, Great Location, Fun Decor, Needs Cleaning

This house is just as pictured, lots of room, and in a great location!! The pool is super nice and the jacuzzi was great. The kids absolutely LOVED the playroom as well as the frozen and star wars themed bedrooms. Check-in and check-out was easy and communication with the host was good! Only comment would be on the cleanliness of some areas of the house - overall the house is clean, but the bathrooms/showers need a little TLC as there was black in the grout lines, cracked tiles, and even a mushroom growing out of a baseboard in the master shower. All fixable though. Other than that, it was tidy and clean. I would recommend the stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We just returned from our first stay at Spark of Imagination and had an amazing time. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Ashley was super helpful and responsive anytime we had a question or need. We will be recommending her home to all of our friends. It was super close to all the Disney Parks which was our reason for visiting Florida. We traveled with our grown kids/spouses and 3 grandkids. The little ones loved the playroom, slide and arcade games as well as the pool. The park right across the street was a wonderful place for them to get out excess energy. The rooms were all decorated so tastefully. I loved the Mickey touches everywhere. It was so spacious and fit the 10 of us perfectly. We will definitely be staying at Spark of Imagination on our next trip!

Fabulous House

House was better than described. We usually stay on property but due to length of stay (11 days), we decided to rent a house. The house was clean and well equipped. The appliances were all working. I prepared Thanksgiving dinner and had most of what I needed. The house has plenty of towels, linens, pots and pans, and dishware. The kids loved the game room. We traveled with multiple generations and the bedroom and full bath downstairs was great for my elderly parents. Ashely was great to work with. Our dates changed a bit and she was easy to get a hold of and accommodating. We are looking forward to renting this home again in the near future.

Great house

House was comfortable and roomy. The front door does not latch as the latch has been removed. The front deadbolt is required to keep the door from blowing open at all times. The hot tub by the pool is not a hot tub. Rather it is a spa tub and only goes up to 86 degrees. It is relaxing but not what I expected. I should have read the details better. I would stay here again. It is comfortable and the grandkids loved the slide in the garage/playroom.

Sweet 16 was sweeter here

Thank you, Ashley, for sharing your lovely home with us. When we planned our trip for our daughter’s 16th birthday, we were not sure how many grandparents and cousins would join our family of five. In the end, it ended up being me (the Mom) plus my daughter and my 7 year old son, plus two of her besties. It was far more house than we needed but it gave us the ability to spread out and have space to ourselves which I liked, as a reprieve from our overly busy normal work and school schedules. We had plenty of downtime, and one of my daughter’s friends is an avid reader and loved the Harry Potter room reading nook. Downtime and recharge time was on the list for the week and we all got it. We did use the spa, we barely used the pool at all. While it was in the 70’s by day the water was quite chilly. I missed the detail on heating the pool for an extra charge per day, but no matter, the heated spa was great and we spent more time playing video games, air hockey and watching movies in the game room. The house was very clean and everything in its place. Ashley was a very accommodating and responsive host. She even had a Christmas tree in the home, which we all loved having! We stayed December 17th-23rd and went home for Christmas Eve with our families. I loved the gate security, felt safe all week. Close and easy access to Walmart for pickup ordering was convenient. It turned quite cold by the time we were leaving. Coldest Christmas in 30 years in Orlando. I could happily hunker down in this home and not need to go anywhere. In fact my 7 year old said “do we have to go anywhere today or can we stay in our house”? He loved it. Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful home and successful celebration with my little crew. Kristie

Our experience with Spark Rental and Ashley has been TOP NOTCH. We ran into unexpected travel issues and Ashley's help in problem solving our issues and her communication was EXCELLENT. We very much appreciated her very prompt replies to our concerns. We chose the house because of its high ratings and prior travelers ratings were spot on. This house and this company really deserves a 5/5 rating. I just cannot express how happy we were to be able to work with someone who is very professional. The house was everything we hoped for as well. It is a very large house and accommodated our party well. The kids loved the house and were ecstatic about the playroom. Everything was just lovely.

The best “Game Changer!”

We’ve ALWAYS stayed on property and was looking for a way to have more space to spread out and to have amenities right in our place. I’m was everything we had hoped and more! Our place, Spark of Imagination, was very clean, comfortable, great beds for good rest. The pool was perfect! Our gated community felt very secure and kept the resort very quiet. We have no complaints.

Wonderful Home in an Awesome Location

We had a traveling group of 14 comprised of grandparents, parents, teens, children and babies heading to Orlando to visit the Disney parks and enjoy some family time. The Spark of Imagination was an amazing property and accommodated us all very comfortably. The game room which is located in what used to be the garage was such a hit with the littler kids, and was a huge bonus for the adults as the kids could stay happily busy while we were preparing meals, cleaning up, or getting ourselves ready to go. The whole house was nicely appointed and incredibly clean. There is an alarm on the door that leads to the pool area, as well as a latched safety gate that encloses the pool itself. With four small children in our group we greatly appreciated these safety features. Windsor Hills itself has so many enjoyable amenities. The pool and splashpad area are awesome, and the playground located directly across from Spark of Imagination was a lot of fun for the kids and super convenient. The staff on site was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The location is so convenient if you are planning to visit Disney World. It was a short and very easy commute each day, 10-20 minutes at the very most depending on which park you are going to. There is a Walmart, 7-11, Starbucks and several gas stations about 5 minutes from the resort, and many restaurants, grocery stores and shops within 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. My biggest compliment goes to Ashley and the booking process. It was so easy, and Ashley was very accommodating with answering all of my (many) questions leading up to our trip and addressing a few special requests that we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and would absolutely consider staying here again when in the area.

You will not be disappointed!

We booked this home already familiar with windsor hills. We have to say we enjoyed this house and experience more. The house is so clean and modern. The property manager was always quick to response on any questions we had. The game room is such a added bonus and fun for all! The park is so nice for kids, fight out the front door.. We can't wait to stay here again some day.
