This cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light 'sea, salt & sand' colors, mostly Pottery Barn. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a new PRIVATE saltwater pool, a quiet fenced back yard, a contemporary and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops throughout want leave you feeling right at home. It therefore delivers appealing amenities: such as a flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as WiFi throughout the home. The large wooden deck features a teak chaises lounge, a teak outdoor dining table seating six as well as a classic one touch original Weber grill.

This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath cottage home is located just a few blocks away from the white sands of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach (recently rated # 2 beach of the United States by www. Drbeach. Org). Within a short stroll you will find great amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and boat rentals. We had a wonderful stay at Bay Pointe Cottage. A lovely private yard with heated pool and comfortable cottage with all you need only a short drive from the beach makes this a good rental option. Hats off to Marion, who is a fine host.

We loved our stay at this cottage. Great location and maybe the best location feature is it's seven houses from the most amazing ice cream haven you can imagine, just a short walk away. Very easy to get to and from the beach and other important places. Thoughtful umbrellas and outdoor lounges that you can maneuver to expose or hide from the sun. Loved it!

The property is well maintained and extremely cozy. From cozy bedding, cool dinnerwear, immaculate pool, spacious open areas to the proximity to gorgeous beaches and delicious dining, I couldn't ask for anything rlse.
