Casamar, beach front estate on Troncones Point

Designed by world-renowned architect, Enrique Zozaya, Casamar is a one of a kind vacation destination, offering endless ocean views, luxurious comfort, privacy and the natural beauty of Mexico. All steps from excellent restaurants and world-class surfing.

Located on the tip of Troncones Point, and in fact is the only Troncones property with a 180-degree ocean view. The complex consists of a main house, 3 casitas, and infinity pool with a bar, all artfully situated on a one-acre parcel.
Our House Rules: Cleaning: Please be respectful of the unit and the things inside it. The unit will be cleaned daily during your stay. The cleaning lady does not cook If you require a private cook it can be arranged for a fee of 650 pesos. At the end of your stay, please ensure any large messes are looked after. A/C: The villa has AC units to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time and please refrain from leaving the AC on when not in the unit. Noise: Ensuring you enjoy yourself is our top priority. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, we also ask you to be mindful of the furniture and thing is the house. Pool: The house has a beautiful infinity pool, for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring glass into the pool at any time.
Experience exclusivity: a luxury beachfront home with private access, breathtaking views, and the most unforgettable sunsets you've ever dreamed of.
If you require a private chef we can arrange it for you but it has an extra cost depending on the number of guests.

The property is one of the best in troncones. Each room is like its own casita. Well located for surf and restaurants. Great view. Cool pool. The property manager and cleaning crew were on it. You wont regret it. The pics don't fully do it justice.
