Gorgeous Waterfront View Condo in Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee
Two bedroom, two bath, + loft with two bunk beds & trundles in the serene Cuscowilla private community on Lake Oconee. Beautiful views of the lake and within close proximity to Lake Oconee restaurants and conveniences.
With the loft area, the condominium has an open concept feel with all views pointed to the lake. The loft area is perfect for kids and can sleep up to six with the bunk beds. It also has a Foosball table and a reading nook that overlooks the lake.
It's a second floor end unit (with elevator access) with a private balcony. You can enjoy the gorgeous sunrise view from the master and living area. Bring your kayaks, canoes and rafts for floating. You can also bring your running or walking shoes to explore miles of beautiful private roads in the community.
*Cuscowilla HOA does not allow use of the amenities, including the pool, common docks, golf course without a member present. Also, this is a private community with many long term residents. No parties within our unit is allowed and noise needs to be limited (kids, music, etc) after 10pm.
