My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The location is convenient to just about everything. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Little touches like finding toilet paper, laundry soap, and various other staples already there. I fell in love with their brand new washer/dryer stack… It works much better than what I have at home and now I’m shopping for something similar.The view from the three back decks is extraordinary. As the cherry on top, our host, Andrew, was always readily available, helpful and extremely eager to please. We will likely be back next year.

My wife, son and I stayed at this location from July 7th to July 11th. What a beautiful house! The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need to eat in. The bedrooms were roomy, comfortable and airy with the high ceilings. The view is very beautiful of the bay. My son and I enjoyed crabbing off of the boat docks in the back. We also enjoyed the pool which was unoccupied each day we used it. Andrew (the owner) was a delight to work with. Each time I would reach out to ask a question he responded very quickly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were approx 1 mile from Fenwick Beach State Park which we went to and there are numerous places to eat and get ice cream from this location. Thank you Andrew for sharing your house with us.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time staying bayside, and boy did it meet all our expectations! A quiet, beautiful bayside view with a quick drive into the hustle and bustle of Fenwick. The property itself was spacious, updated, and had an impeccable view of the bay! The home was a hop, skip away from Papa Grande, and Catch 54, both excellent places to enjoy and meal and have a cocktail. We loved every second of our trip, and cannot wait to come back next year!

Our hosts were thoughtful and responsive when we had questions. The house is well stocked. We cooked a big meal and found everything we needed. . But what made the trip was the amazing view and the kayaks!

Besides the million dollar views from almost every room, the property is walking distance to great restaurants and fun beach amenities such as pontoon and jet ski rentals, or parasailing. The home recently underwent a renovation and we try to make all parts of your vacation seamless .The cherry on top is the relaxing waterfront pool and amazing private dock for fishing and crabbing.
