Enjoy beautiful Gulf views and simple beachfront comfort at this bright, updated studio at the Fontainebleau—located just steps from the sand on the quieter north end of Panama City Beach. The space offers a relaxed coastal feel and an easy home base close to restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions.

Inside, the studio is clean and thoughtfully arranged with a queen bed and sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, and blackout options make it easy to relax after a day at the beach.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, sink, basic cookware, and essentials for simple meals or snacks throughout your stay. The bathroom features a full vanity with storage and a walk-in shower.

As part of the Fontainebleau, you’ll enjoy direct beach access, a Gulf-front pool deck, on-site laundry, and free parking—along with a central location near dining, entertainment, convenience stores, and PCB attractions. This bright studio is a comfortable, uncomplicated home base for couples, small families, or friends wanting easy access to the beach.

House Rules & Building Policies:

Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, per fire safety rules.
Registered guests only. No visitors, parties, or events.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo and is first-come, first-served in approved lots. A parking pass must be displayed.
Wristbands are required for pool and amenity access. No glass is allowed in pool or common areas.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the condo and anywhere on Fontainebleau property except the designated smoking area.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
Please rinse sand off outside, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running, and do not move furniture.
HOA or property-rule violations may result in a fee of up to $500.
A $50 replacement fee applies to lost parking passes, wristbands, towels, or linens.

Our stay was good. The condo was perfect for our anniversary trip. The building is an older one on the beach and the limited parking could be tricky! Overall we had a great stay and Jessica was great to message back quickly with any questions.

Ma'am, I am so sorry that you were inconvenienced and had to enter a 4 digit code on a lockbox right next to the door to remove the key to said door after you weren't able to access the condo with the keypad. Unfortunate you would leave a bad review regarding the condo and your whole stay because you had to use a key instead of a code, but failed to mention that I was available right away to help you get in. Many condos have a key box to access the keys and don't even use a code lock. My goodness. You are one blessed individual if nothing has ever happened out of your control. The cleaning lady had zero problem accessing the condo with the code just that day. This wasn't intention or meant to cause you to be inconvenienced by letting you use the key instead of the code. I wish you the best and always have safe travels.

Home away from home

The room is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you’ll need for your trip. You’ll have a stunning view of the Gulf of America looking east. It’s also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.The host, Jessica, is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property and host.

Excellent spot for mother daughter trip!

The owner has included every thoughtful amenity and the space is so well utilized, even with the sofa bed pulled out. It was perfect for our multi-day mother-daughter getaway! The beach was quite private for the PCB area, easy walk to stores and short drive to grocery. We loved it!

We enjoy having the kitchen area. This condo provides plenty choices of pots, pans and baking sheets. Choices of cooking utensils. Sturdy dishes and silverware. Being able to cook in our condo means more beach and pool time and no going out all the time.

This condo is one of those places. I love waking up, opening the shades, and seeing the Gulf right outside the window, then walking downstairs and being on the sand in minutes. It’s a space where I can slow down, breathe, and reset—and I’m grateful to be able to share that feeling with you during your stay.

I was drawn to this area because it offers the best of Panama City Beach in a very down-to-earth way. Fontainebleau Terrace is a classic, nostalgic beachfront building sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, so you don’t have to cross any roads or drive to enjoy the beach—you’re already there.

I also love that you can walk or take a short drive to restaurants, coffee, and local attractions, but still come back to a quieter stretch of beach to unwind. It feels like a little pocket of “old Florida” charm with easy access to everything you’d want on a beach vacation.

This is a true beachfront studio—no long walks or crowded parking lots. You can see the Gulf right from the window, then be on the sand or by the beachfront pool within minutes. The space itself is simple, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with a queen bed, sofa bed, and a small but well-equipped kitchen so you can cook if you’d like.

Guests often tell me they appreciate the combination of convenience (WiFi, on-site laundry, pool, direct beach access) and the nostalgic feel of the building. It’s not a high-rise resort; it’s a comfortable, straightforward place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the water.
