This was the perfect place for us to stay this weekend! We had plenty of room for all of us. We had family coming from different directions and it was so nice to have such a welcoming place to be. Lin was very accommodating and responsive. We felt so welcome! The back deck and the view are beautiful! I highly recommend to anyone with a bigger family. You cannot beat the price for the amount of space!

This property worked out great for our family - 7 adults & 2 kids. We rented a pontoon boat and drove it right up to the dock so everyone could get on. The location is very easy to get to and felt very safe & secure.

The listing needs updated pictures. The area around the house is not shown in the front-facing picture. The properties around the house are very unkept, The house was clean enough, but the dust on things made it appear it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. This is not a "big" gas grill on the deck as the listing says. There is a small charcoal grill. The communication with the property manager was great.

We are saddened that you expected anything other than what was presented in the listing, which is accurate. We can understand why you might feel this way about the houses - two close by, a bit up the road, recently experienced fires and the mess os still being cleaned up. However, regarding dust, we inspected when you left and could find no dust. Cleanliness is our top priority and - as you can see - most guests agree that we meet that goal.
