The Les Aiguilles residence is located on the Col de la Croix de Fer road, in the heart of the village. The free shuttle bus to the ski slopes stops just a hundred metres from the residence.

This flat is warmly decorated, well cared for and equipped to a high standard.
On the residence's ground floor: two parking spaces in a private garage, an additional space outside, and a ski locker with boot dryer.

The duplex flat comprises a large entrance hall leading to three bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed and opens onto a private south-facing terrace with views of the village and the Aiguilles d'Arves. The second bedroom, facing south, also has a 160 cm bed.
The third bedroom is a children's paradise: a dormitory with 2 bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6). A shower room with washing machine and separate WC complete this level.

On the upper floor, a staircase opens onto a vast, light-filled living room under a roof frame.
The living area features a cosy sitting area with TV, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.
On this level there is a third double bedroom under the roof (160 cm bed) and a second shower room with WC.

The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels. Our plus? Your beds are made on arrival!
