Enjoy a fourth-floor view of the Gulf waters when you vacation with us at Sundunes #142 in Navarre Beach! This tastefully updated condo has everything you will need for a relaxing getaway, whether you are here for a few days or a full week. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare homemade meals, then take them out on the balcony to dine with a view. This condo even comes with a washer and dryer so that you can keep your beach towels fresh and clean after a day of swimming in the salty sea water. Don’t forget about the amenities, either! Guests at Sundunes also have access to the community pool and barbecue grills. Plus, the beach walkover helps you safely get over the dunes down to the shoreline.

When you are ready to get out and explore, check out a local ecotourism spot where you can enjoy the water and learn about our local environment. There are also places up and down Navarre Beach to rent kayaks, paddleboards, and more. You will find dining options just a short drive or walk away. Great Couples Weekend Getaway

Loved it!! Very clean and well furnished condo right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends wanting to visit Navarre Beach.

Nice place

This was a nice place in a great location. The place was clean enough but there was a foul odor when we arrived. It did clear up after the 2nd day but we had to spray air freshener a few times. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the unit was nice as well as the view was beautiful.

Great Vaca!

Convenient to stores and restaurant. Beautiful beach view! Clean. Well stocked with furniture, kitchen cooking items, large fridge. Great A/C. Awesome patio to view ocean from.

Location was great. Clean and perfect for our group of 7.

Everything worked out great. One eye on stove top didn’t work but, and some other small Issue I can’t even remember, so over all, it was a great stay.

I loved the place. What I loved most is I could see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. How. The bedroom was facing the ocean. It was clean, private and peaceful.

Beautiful View

This condo offered beautiful views. It will be nicer when they have the repairs done from hurricane Sally. It was not easy to get to the beach and the pool is closed. The property manager was EXCELLENT with communication!

Great time !

We had a great time...bring a vacuum for the sand ! Rooms were clean. Bathrooms are clean. VIEW IS OUTSTANDING. Only issue is the ice maker wouldnt make ice the entire time. We bought a bag of ice...no big deal ! We will do this again.

Nice condo but next to the public beach

The description said private beach but you actually share a walk way with the public beach. We also had no WiFi or tv during our stay so nights were boring. The tub was clogged and I had to remove a bunch of hair from it. The elevator broke down twice so that made things difficult with a baby. The condo is nice but the management company was not very responsive to problems or willing to work to accommodate them

Great place but..

Great location and the beach and building were fantastic. There was a room with bunks for the kids if we'd have brought them, but we didn't this time. We had two issues. One was the bed in the master bedroom was supposed to be a queen, but man was it small. I think it was more of a full. My husband and i could not get comfortable all week plus the bedframe, the mattress, or the box spring was so noisy every time anyone moved it woke us both up and kept us awake. That's our only issue with the place! We'll definitely use Southern Vacation rentals again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The deck is small, but a lovely space to relax and watch the waves. The pool area is small, but very nice and clean. A few things we had a problem with: The lamps in the bedrooms did not work. No one checked on them after I called and reported it.; There is no counter space in the bathrooms, some nice cabinets, though. The living room was very dark with heavy curtains. The bedroom did not have curtains at all, just a sheer drape. I would reverse those. Too dark in the living room ( the lamps in there were small and dim,) and the bedroom was full of sunlight before we were ready to awaken. Overall, a nice enough place to stay, but it needs a few changes.

The property was fine, but the cable TV was a problem. The cable didn't work properly the entire week. The property manager tried, the cable company came, said it was fixed but it wasn't. Property manager returned but still couldn't make it work. we weren't at the beach for the television but in the morning and evening it was very aggravating to not be able to even watch the news. We didn't go on vacation to be aggravated and wait several times for repair people. very disappointing.

Buyer Beware uncaring company

This is the most uncaring company I've ever encountered in my history of rentals. So many issues I left within 2 days of my week vacation. Floors turned my socks black. Unimaginable construction noise which started at 8:00 in the morning. Riveting. Sanding, hamnering so loud couldn't hear the TV. Drenched my truck with construction debris every day. Partially made beds. The company wouldn't change my dates as my co-travelers sister entered hospice and actually died. No blackout curtains in the bedroom but in the living room. Don't plan on sleeping before washing your feet to get in bed. No naps for weary travelers. This company does not care about you in the least. Once they have your money they will not consider changes or refunds. Their listing shows pics of unavailable amenities and writes a poor definition of the problems you will encounter due to the MAJOR construction project of the entire building. Didn't even offer to reinburse me for car washes. I will never rent nor recommend this company to anyone ever. I'm not shocked at all with their profits before people business methodology. Some companies just don't care. This is a prime example of the stay away from rental schemata. I had to spend even more money on an entire new vacation place. I have pictures and videos of all my trouble. No one cared.
