This is our 2nd stay at Kima. Perfect location! The condo 303 has everything needed for wonderful week. The view from the condo is amazing. Saw the dolphins jumping in the ocean as we enjoyed our coffee on the comfortable balcony. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean! We had a slight issue in trying to get into the condo but contacted Charles and he immediately got back to us. The pool was perfect for those days we didn’t go to the beach but you can sit at the pool and still see the ocean. We can’t wait to return to Madeira and stay at the Kima again!

We normally stay at the Chataux in Indian Shores, but this was a great place and we for sure book again. With two teenaged girls, having the extra bed was a huge win. Having laundry made coming home a snap as I didn't have to do a ton of laundry when I got home. A much needed escape. Thank you!

Our condo was a wonderful condo for our recent visit to Madeira beach. Charles was great to work with. All questions were immediately answered. The condo is well stocked, clean and the beds are comfortable. The ocean view from the large balcony is amazing. The parking spaces are big. The elevator worked perfectly and the condo property is well taken care of. The pool was refreshing and had plenty of lounge chairs. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Great Beach Stay

We always come to the Gulf Coast for the beaches. This is a great one and the private access from the condo is awesome.

We love Madeira Beach. We were so excited to stay at Kima 303. The condo was great - never than we expected. It was very clean. Communication and any accommodations were excellent. Within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was awesome. We were able to just sit outside and watch dolphins and sea birds! We would definately book again!

Great location!

We stayed at Kima for a week it was a great location and best value for direct beachfront. Convenient distance to restaurant’s and shops plus a cabana rental company on the beach in case you need chairs/umbrella. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and an outdoor bathroom as well.

really enjoyed this location, Wife and i arranged to work from "home" for the week and had no issues. was great to look out to the gulf during work, and then walk the beach after!

amazing view

We had an amazing time there at Kima Condo. The view, the beach and the condo were awesome, could have been a little cleaner but overall, it was great.
