Discover the Ville Rose by staying in this superb flat! It's the perfect place for a sunny getaway! This pretty 45 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 travellers and comprises an entrance hall, a living room with lounge and dining area, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Wifi free of charge. Bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

- Well-decorated living area furnished with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table, chairs.
- Kitchen opening onto the living area, fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, fridge, coffee machine with ground coffee and capsules, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc.
- One bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and storage space.
- One bedroom with two single beds and storage space.
- Shower room with shower and washbasin.

This beautiful flat is located in the heart of the city centre, between Place Saint-Georges and Place Wilson. It's a lively and culturally rich area, thanks in particular to the markets, museums, shops, bakeries, pharmacies, press and restaurants that are in the immediate vicinity.

Great service. Location best in town, very good AC despite the hot temperatures in TLS, super clean (including overall building), superb email with very clear instructions on how to operate everything if needed. The person who gave me access to the apartment at check in was super nice- took his time to explain everything and show me the property and where to leave the keys at check out. The place was fully fitted and even the kitchen pans looked new.

Mess d'Yvonne This apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is in the heart of Toulouse so you can quickly get to anything you’d like to do or eat. Monoprix and Carrefour are within a few blocks too. If you’re a light sleeper, bring your earplugs as it can be a little bit lively some nights. I hope I have a reason to visit Toulouse again, and I’d book this apartment.

Mess d'Yvonne This my favorite place! I liked it so much, I rebooked this again for my longer stay. The space has so much light in the living room. The bedrooms have long dark curtains to allow better sleep in the dark. The place is equipped with everything needed and the neighborhood is ideal; Coffee shops and market are within 2min walk, it’s very safe, and near everyplace you need to be near the Capitol. The AC works very well in the living room and kids room, we did a load of laundry, and cooked a bit in the very modern kitchen. However, there are many restaurants less than a few minutes walk. The neighborhood gets quiet around 9pm and lively again around 8am, as we only stayed during the work week. I used the extra duvet to make the bed a little softer to sleep on. It was nice to open the windows in the living room and watch people walking about. I felt like I was really living as a Toulousain. Check in and out was easy and with very good instructions.
