Beautiful lakefront home on Shellcamp Lake in Gilmanton. 4 bedroom amd 2 bathroom house on a flat yard with its own private zero-entry beach and dock.
Quiet neighborhood with 2 additional public beaches and boat ramp with in walking distance.
An amazing lake for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
You are able to dock your own boat at the property.
Sleeps 10 people.
Recently renovated.
Central air conditioning. Washer and dryer. WI-FI.
Gas grill on the large deck overlooking the lake.
Plenty of yard for games and enjoying the fire pit. 20 minutes to Gunstock Mountain. 10 minutes to New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Plenty of parking for cars and trailer.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was wonderful! Our kids loved the lake and boats, and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax for the adults as well. Kevin’s communication was excellent!

Area was very quiet and peaceful. We had a small and our hose was very quick and efficient to remedy the situation. He was also very gracious and let us use his boat for fishing.

The house itself was great; clean two zones of HVAC, everything new and thoughtfully designed. It's not Lake Winnipesaukee, but the view of the pond from the large, well appointed, deck was just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Good kayaks and a large canoe created fun for the whole family. I have to say that the host, Kevin, did everything in his power to make things smooth from start to finish. He's obviously a great guy who knows how to treat people right. We highly recommend a stay here.

The home was beautiful, very clean, all the amenities we needed, great view! The host was very responsive. We loved hanging out on the deck, very peaceful during the week. The only thing we would have liked better was the f the lake didn’t have so many weeds, couldn’t really swim. But other than that we had a great time!

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We traveled with our 3 kids (ages 11, 9, and 3) and they all loved being on the lake. It was easy to secure the doors so we didn't have to worry about the kids going out to the lake unsupervised. The house had toddler and kid sized life vests which was a nice plus. If you're traveling with kids, don't let the lake deter you! House was clean and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Kevin was super responsive to questions during our stay and very clearly wanted to make sure we had a good stay... And we did!
