Built in traditional style with white marble from Paros. The villa, consisting of 2 buildings, is located on a plot of approx. 4. 200 m2 on a hill overlooking the sea and the sunset behind the hills.

Naoussa is in walking distance (center / harbor 1 600 m, nearest supermarket / bus stop 600 m, nearest beach Piperi beach 1 100 m), distance to the port (Parikia): 10 km, Paros Airport: 17 km. Car hire recommended. Access zums house is surrounded by a crossing in Naoussa, on the hill a non-paved road (no street lights).

There is a pool and garden service man at least twice a week.
