*Perfect location in the Coconut Grove village* Live like a local and walk to restaurants, bars, parks, marinas and farmers markets. Forgot your toothbrush? CVS is on the corner! 15 min drive (airport, beach & Wynwood). 10 mins (downtown). Our newly renovated "Coco Home" is furnished with a fresh and vibrant colorful design.

-High Speed Wi-Fi
-Full kitchen w/ Keurig coffee machine, all appliances & washer/dryer
-Cozy and private patio deck with a picnic table, lounge chairs & gas BBQ grill.

Our house is a combination of our love for the Miami tropical vibe and the contemporary design, boasting all modern amenities you will expect such a High speed WIFI-internet, and smart TVs with NETFLIX.

Flexible sleeping arrangements are provided for up to 10 guests. Six beds + two sofa beds in the living room.

This place is lovely! From the wild peacocks that greeted us when we arrived, to the chic yet cozy home. My sisters and I brought our Dad back to Miami for his 75th birthday. He grew-up in the area and we had a fabulous time! Very comfortable beds and very clean. Loved it all!

This is a neat house in a good location with plenty to do and restaurants nearby. The back yard was delightful, and you could tell care had been taken with details throughout. I had some trouble communicating, but I think that was an issue with VRBO and NOT with the host. The home was easy to find and access. My only note is for wheelchair users. I think the owner tried to make the house accessible, but be aware that bathroom doors are a bit narrow. The showers are roll-in but quite tight, and the furniture (including the toilets) is low, which makes transfers to and from a wheelchair difficult. If my husband were not handicapped, we would consider staying in this house again. With the wheelchair, it was a tough go.

Great location and layout

Girls trip - celebrating more than 40 years of friendship. Great space for the 3 of us. Wonderful location close to shops and restaurants. Lots to do.No hot tub on property - but there is outdoor space to get sun.

Wonderful accommodation and location!

Brigette made the check in process extremely straightforward and was kind enough to ensure all toiletries were stocked up! Instructions for wifi and AC were also very clearly highlighted and we never had a single issue. I would most definitely stay here again!

nice place, close to a fun park, restaurants, and easy driving distance to airport

Overall it was a great house for two families with 4 kids to stay in while in Miami for a long weekend. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and ice cream places and found the location to be easy to explore Miami from. Most 'attractions' are 15-20 minutes driving distance (as it seems everything in Miami is).

Coconut Grove is Miami's oldest neighborhood. It has a charming bohemian feel with Bahamian tropical vibes. We love the culture of the neighborhood along with family/pet friendly parks. Great restaurants, marinas and the local farmers market right across the street from our very special house.

Everything is walking distance within house in the Coconut Grove Village. Our home feels clean, fresh and modern with it's tropical color scheme and art. We love to enjoy a glass of wine on the private outdoor deck/patio while still feeling the vibes of the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and airy. Full kitchen with all appliances needed to enjoy a great gathering.
