We had a wonderful stay in Nice! The Luxembourg apartment fully met our expectations

the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean! The only downside was the lack of proper cookware, especially pots and pans suitable for preparing meals for children.

Nice Apartement if you like Promenade des Anglais

Modern restored Apartment in an old Building with lets say good to high standard. Well provided and quite new furniture with a fantastic view. Almost all you need is there for a nice stay. The location is very central with garages in the surrounding if needed. Nice bathrooms too. Pretty quite in the sleeping rooms when you close the door cause it seems to be a culture thing to drive very noisy bikes and cars on the Promenade which is very annoying particular in the evening on the balcony. A soundbar was missing and pls let the people change the settings on the tv´s - it was only french language possible. The lift didn´t work on the last two days :-/ The swimming pool area needs a refurbishment too.

Fantastic Location!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in a very secure building. Lovely modern bathrooms with showers that will accommodate tall people! Noise from the traffic on the promenade can be loud sometimes but the view is stunning. Bedrooms are at the back so very quiet for sleeping. Overall an excellent property. A few more fluffy pillows would have been great.

Nice flat in a perfect location in Nice

Great location and well equipped. Modern updated decor, well equipped kitchen even though we didn’t need it. Easy instructions for everything on the app and that was helpful when we didn’t know the language. New large art TV’s The only disappointment were the small pillows and only 2 pillows on each bed. I would recommend king size pillows and additional pillows. Also a few more towels. Only 2 smaller bath towels per bedroom were left. I would suggest at least 4 towels per bedroom. My husband was left with a wet towel after I used a towel for my body and one for my hair. As far as everything else it was perfect. Thank you!

Très bel appartement et très bien situé

Emplacement , grandeur des pièces , directement sur la mer , salle de bain dans chacune des chambres et la qualité des matériaux . Les propriétaires auraient intérêt à améliorer et à compléter les équipements pour cuisiner de même que les ustensiles. Un peu ‘’ basic’’ et ne correspond pas à la qualité de l’appartement ..

Locataire ( locataires février-mars 2025)

La qualité de l’appartement et sa propreté.La proximité de la mer et des sites culturels ( Opéra de Nice, Musées, Cinémas…). L’accès facile des moyens de transport Nous avons toutefois été fortement dérangés par des travaux de démolition et de reconstruction d’un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée . Aussi, le bruit produit par les motocyclettes devient par moments fort désagréable et constitue un élément négatif. Nous avons grandement apprécié la qualité des services offerts par l’Agence Nestor et Jeeves Une plus grande « collaboration «  pour l’identification d’appartements susceptibles de convenir à nos critères. Nous attendons le versement du montant de 500 euros que le propriétaire s’est engagé à nous verser en dédommagement pour les inconvénients subis à cause des travaux.
