ROSE Holidays offers you this studio on the 2nd floor without a lift, in a secure residence, ideally located in Port Olona in La Chaume.
Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The studio offers all the necessary comfort a stone's throw from Port Olona, everything will be accessible on foot, local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...), cinema, Chaume quay with its bars, restaurants...
The accommodation consists of an entrance with a first sofa bed in 140 which leads to a living room-dining room-kitchen equipped with a second convertible sofa bed in 140, a coffee table, a dining table and its chairs, a cupboard, a TV and WiFi.
An open and functional fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob...
A bathroom with a beautiful shower cabin, a washbasin unit and a toilet.
For more convenience, you will have access to a free outdoor parking space, just in front of the residence.
