We went to the beautiful Clearwater sandy beach. Had dinner at a few restaurants. It was nice to have a kitchen that we could cook in. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the spacious veranda. Saw the dolphins. Took long walks on gulf view blvd. viewed the sunset.

Amazing

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed in this complex before, overall it was a good stay. The AC return in the master is very loud when AC is on. We enjoyed the week in Clearwater.

fabulous time in Clearwater Beach

fantastic condo -- very clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds, location was close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment; property manager was amazing -- quick response if needed; easy-to-follow directions for using cable, washer/dryer, and keyless entry; safe and secure location with free parking was a plus! would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the near future. One suggestion (NOT complaint) would be to replace the bath towels as they are not as soft as they could be. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful condo!

Perfect

A very nice 3 BDR. condo right on the intercoastal. Beach is a short walk away.Excellent views from large balcony. We saw dolphins on most days and even a manatee one day, so cool!Well equipped condo with all the amenities you need.Owner Diane is very nice and responded to my questions promptly.Would recommend this beautiful, perfectly located condo to all.

Wonderful stay

The condo is a short walk to the beach with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. We were given specific, well-written instructions which were quite helpful with our stay. This is a spacious, well- kept condo.

Great location!

A clean and spacious condo in Clearwater Beach! We loved the views of the intercostal waterway from the balcony. It was easy to walk to the beach and dining. The only problem was the heated pool was having maintenance done and we couldn’t use it. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Family vacation

This is a beautiful home with great views of the bay. This is our second time in Clearwater and we decided to stay on the bay. This place will not disappoint you if you do not want to be right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay for a week at the condo. The basics are already there as far as kitchen essentials, hand/dish soap, and beach gear including a wagon. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I saw dolphins in the harbor most days we were there from the balcony as well. The location was very convenient to the beach (short walk), restaurants, and a store. Diane was also very responsive when I had a question. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay again.

Condo was great value

Condo was clean and very spacious. The balcony view was of the bay and we spent hours watching birds and dolphins in bay. Beach is within walking distant. Take right out on road and its just up the road. The only thing was the pool and hot tub are only open dawn to dusk so had to work around that. Final day the pool did not open until couple hours after dawn. But the condo was 5 stars.

December in Clearwater Beach.

The property is conveniently located. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo has a reserved parking space. Viewed sunrises and the annual boat parade from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

Visit for a family wedding!

Wonderful sunrise view from our balcony! Lovely rooms. Spacious! Hostess, Diane, got back to me every time I had a question, We arrived a few hours early, and we could get in a few hours before actual check in! Felt at home because we had to buy toilet paper, and soap for laundry, but really, all okay. Would love to be able to stay again if we come back to Clearwater. And.....though I don't want to share this, I will say...if you go to rent a car coming to Clearwater....trust me you can get to everywhere without a car unless you are leaving Clearwater. Clearwater vacation

No shade at the pool. And cooling of condo he to be turned down several times a day to 72 and it would go up to 75 again. No way to change that.

Great location and set up for family

We had five people, us, adult child with significant other, ans our 11 year old. The room set ups were great to let everyone have some privacy but still good common areas. Location was great for everyone to be able to walk to their chosen destination for the day. Instructions for gate and door were clear and worked perfectly. I wouldn’t have even had to contact the host at all except for the fact my husband left his car keys in a nightstand and we had to ask them to mail them back to us. A very effortless stay with great location, supplies (wagon and chairs for the beach), and 100% accurate to the listing. The property was quiet while we were there- no issues with neighbors.

We love Clearwater Beach. There are so many activities and restaurants all within walking distance from our condo. Pier 60 is a short walk away along with the marina where visitors can take a pirate boat ride or dolphin viewing boat ride or fishing charters.

Our condo has a private balcony. There are only 7 condos in the building that have a private balcony. No one can look over onto our balcony! There are extra windows in the condo so there is plenty of natural light. Both bathrooms have natural light too!
