Mit meiner Enkeltochter 3 Nächte in der Duhner Düne Haus 2 , Wohnung 10 verbracht ! Check in reibungslos ! Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Balkon , mit Blick auf den Hinterhof, Sonne ab 7 Uhr !Wohnzimmermöbel etwas verschlissen ! Leider schlechte bis garkeine Internetverbindung , Wlan ohne Netzverbindung ! Nicht schlimm , ist ja schließlich Urlaub :-) 50 m zum Strand , 10 m ins Zentrum ! Tiefgarage !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren Ende September in der Wohnung. Positiv ist die Lage der Wohnung, die ziemlich zentral gelegen ist. Man hat kurze Wege und kann ganz ohne Auto auskommen. Negativ ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Balkontür und das Fenster im Schlafzimmer lediglich mit einer sehr durchsichtigen Gardiene versehen sind. Wenn man Abends das Licht angeschaltet hat, konnte man quer durch die Wohnung bzw. ins Schlafzimmer schauen. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöner Urlaub 😊

Wir waren erstes Mal in Duhnen.Waren sehr überrascht von dem Ort. Die Lage war sehr schön und sauber. Der Strand konnte man über die Spazierwege entlanglaufen bis zum Elb-Mündung.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was es brauch. Besonders praktisch war die Spülmaschine. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Restaurants, Meer, Strand, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Schön wären allerdings ein paar Vorhänge oder Verdunkelungsrollos. Die FeWo war leider nur mit Gardinen ausgestattet.

Aufenthalt war okay einziges Manko lm Schlafzimmer helle durchsichtige Gardinen Wir haben dunkle Handtücher vor das schlafzimmerfenster gehängt. Gruß Familie Lesniewsky.

Einiges könnte besser sein

Eine komplette kleine Ferienwohnung , in der alles vorhanden ist was man so braucht . City und Strandnah .Soweit das Positive . Leider gab es auch Mängel . d.h. diverse Flecken auf Bezügen und Bettzeug (von denen man nicht wissen will wie sie entstanden sind) . Das WLAN brach am Abend ständig zusammen und in der Nacht mußten wir den Kühlschrank abstellen , da er selbst auf kleinster Kühlstufe extrem dröhnte . Das Schlafsofa war ausgeklappt so uneben , das man mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachte . Nach unsere Abreise haben wir das zuständige Vermietungsbüro angeschrieben und die Mängel gemeldet , bekamen aber leider keine Antwort .

Schöne Fewo

Für unseren Zweck war die Fewo super. Ich hatte nach einer zentralen Wohnung gesucht, da ich alleine mit Kleinkind unterwegs war. Die Wohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. In 5 Minuten ist man am Wasser.

Gut

Es fehlten einige wesentliche Dinge wie Klopapier und Mülltüten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher könnten auch im Preis inbegriffen sein. Sonst war die Wohnung in Ordnung und ich würde sie wieder mieten. Positiv: Lage und kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz
