The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table. It has a warm ambience and multiple windows that let in natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is pleasant, with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
