Welcome to this fully renovated 45 sqm duplex apartment, located on the 2nd floor with lift of a well-maintained traditional Niçois building, in the heart of the Carré d’Or of Nice. Designed for short stays and holiday rentals, the apartment combines modern amenities, quiet surroundings, natural light and an exceptional central location, allowing you to explore Nice entirely on foot.

Great Position - Clean Compact with added touches

A well positioned property central to everything. This compact accommodation provided everything we needed. Walk everywhere - 2 mins to the beach, 5 mins to Old Town,10mins to train station. Well stocked kitchen, coffee machine, laundry, air con plus all the added extras - toiletries, complimentary items and even beach towels. Close to a huge array of restaurants and high end shopping, you are spoilt for choice as well as grocery stores for self catering. Great wifi too which is a must. Our host was always contactable and replied to all requests including organising car transfers. Please to recommend

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in deze duplex in het centrum van Nice. De locatie was subliem en de gastvrouw was zeer helpvol. Er stond ook een leukeattentie klaar. :) De prijs was ook zeer goed in verhouding.
