Familienurlaub Oktober 2022

Alles sehr angenehm vom ersten Kontaktbis zur Abgabe. Wanderungsvorschläge und Ausflugstipps von Herrn Hämmerli waren sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Das Wtter und die Temperaturen waren der Jahreszeit entsprechend sehr angenehm. Leider war der Pool dann doch etwas zu kalt, um länger darin zu verweilen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, die Geschäfte und der Strand sind in knapp 10min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Urlaub weiterzuempfehlen👍🏻

Alles sauber, top Lage. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Pool ist wunderbar schön groß warm und sauber. Auch genug Platz um sein Auto oder zwei zu parken.

Traumurlaub

Ruhig gelegen, dennoch kurzer Fußweg zur Stadt. Übergabe und Abnahme des Hauses erfolgte problemlos. Kommunikation war super. Tolles Haus, alles da was man benötigt! Rundum ein absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub!

Es war TRAUMHAFT

Es ist ein rundherum Wohlfühlhaus. Sehr gepflegt und es wurde auch in der Küche an vieles gedacht. Wir haben nichts vermisst, um unsere eigenen Speisen zuzubereiten. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist absolut gut durchdacht. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Pool ist auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn die Gäste mit allem gut umgehen und sich an Spielregeln halten, wird sich da wohl auch nichts ändern. (Z.B. die extra Pool-Getränkebecher nutzen). Wie gesagt es ist an alles gedacht, um einen supi Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und alle waren begeistert.

Wahou

Très belle maison, avec une super piscine et une vue sur les canneaux fabuleuse. Quartier calme, proche de la plage et des commerces (environ 10 min de marche à pied). Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est passé sans soucis et avec facilité. Je recommande vivement ce bien avec même peut être l'espoir de le louer de nouveau l'année prochaine. En somme, maison à ne surtout pas rater !

Beau séjour, maison tout confort !

Nous avons passés deux semaines en famille ( un couple et deux enfants ), dans cette maison qui est vraiment ( presque ) parfaite. S’il fallait lui reprocher quelque chose : manque d’occultant aux fenêtres. La piscine est topissime ! Elle a même été nettoyée deux fois par quelqu’un de l’extérieur durant notre séjour. Belle ballade dans la marina. Cela dit, prudence à la piscine avec les enfants, comme on le voit, n’est pas protégée autour. Ville d’empuriabrava à proximité avec quelques boutiques et beaucoup de restaurants. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la ville de Roses située à 10min en voiture, qui est très touristique. Supermarché espagnol non loin du quartier mais cher (fruits, viandes, produits laitiers...), tandis que quelques mètres plus loin il y’a un grand Liddl avec beaucoup de choix, peu chers, beaucoup de français y faisaient leurs courses ! Au port pour descendre votre bateau, comptez 24€ pour le descendre puis 24€ pour le sortir. 👍🏼 Disponibilité du propriétaire par mail durant notre séjour pour avoir le code wifi Bref, nous recommandons !

Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in Traumlage direkt an einem privaten und ruhigen Kanal. In Laufnähe liegt das Naturschutzgebiet und der Strand. Die Zentrale Lage vom Empuriabrava ermöglicht optimal die Erkundung der Costa Brava per Auto. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt und sehr durchdacht ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum, der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Nachbaranwesen und den Privatkanal ist unbeschreiblich schön. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir sehr empfehlen.

Fantastisch

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, reicht für vier Personen perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist vorbildlich, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage erinnert etwas an Florida - der Bootsanleger im schönen Kanal hat etwas. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch recht zentral, Vieles ist in Laufweite zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Internet zur Freude der Kinder, überhaupt auch das Entertainment überzeugte. Unsere Reisezeit im Oktober war natürlich recht spät in der Saison, hat sich aber absolut gelohnt. Wir werden dieses schöne Haus bestimmt noch einmal buchen... Danke für die sehr sehr schöne Woche.
