The Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Nice, this charming, luxury, air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views and a shared swimming pool. With a surface area of 89 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a premium residence, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment includes :
- 29 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, bathroom sink and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom shared with the 2 other bedrooms: with bath, shower and bathroom sink
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) running around the restaurant, open from mid-April to late October depending on the weather (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate. There's also a round children's pool. Access is subject to an additional charge per person.
- A first 20 m² fenced terrace (east-facing), with superb sea and mountain views. Accessible from the living room and master bedroom, it features furniture (garden furniture and a swing) to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second 10 m² terrace (west-facing) with a dining area.
The apartment is ideally located in Nice, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy near the apartment all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can use the flat's private car park, which has two parking spaces.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Nice train station 7 km away (15 min by car)
- Nearest airport : Nice airport, 5 km (10 min by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Children must be supervised by a parent. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- Access to the swimming pool requires a supplement for each person. Supplement to be paid no later than the day before arrival. (€50 per person for 7 days. €8 per day per person on weekdays, €12 per person on Saturdays, and €12 per person on Sundays.)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
